Claims (10)
- 作動流体を循環させるように接続された液管、蒸発器、蒸気管及び凝縮器を有するループ型ヒートパイプであって、
前記蒸発器は、
液流入口及び蒸気流出口を有するケースと、
前記ケース内に配置され、前記ケースの内面に液相の作動流体を導く少なくとも1つの多孔質体と、
前記ケース内に配置され、前記液流入口から前記少なくとも1つの多孔質体内に前記液相の作動流体を導く液供給管と
を有し、
前記液供給管は、前記ケースの内壁に沿って配置され、前記ケースの材料より低い熱伝導率の材料を有し、
前記多孔質体は外周部に、前記液管側から前記蒸気管側への全長にわたる蒸気排出溝を有し、前記蒸気排出溝の前記液管側の端部は、前記液供給管の壁面によって終端されている、
ことを特徴とするループ型ヒートパイプ。 - 前記ケースは金属又は合金を有し、前記液供給管は樹脂を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のループ型ヒートパイプ。
- 前記多孔質体は多孔質樹脂を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のループ型ヒートパイプ。
- 前記液供給管は、前記液流入口から前記少なくとも1つの多孔質体まで途切れることなく延在していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のループ型ヒートパイプ。
- 前記液供給管は、前記液管内に延在する管状部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のループ型ヒートパイプ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの多孔質体は複数の多孔質体を有し、
前記液供給管は、前記液相の作動流体を前記複数の多孔質体に振り分けるマニフォールドである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のループ型ヒートパイプ。 - 前記ケースの外形は平板状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のループ型ヒートパイプ。
- 前記ケースは、前記多孔質体に接触する第1部分と、前記液流入口側に位置し前記液供給管の少なくとも一部を収容する第2部分とを有し、
前記第2部分は、前記第1部分の材料より低い熱伝導率を有する材料を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のループ型ヒートパイプ。 - 請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のループ型ヒートパイプと、
前記ループ型ヒートパイプの前記蒸発器に熱的に結合された電子部品と
を有することを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記電子部品と前記蒸発器の前記ケースとの接合面において、前記電子部品の中心は、前記ケースの中心に対して、前記液流入口とは反対側にオフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電子機器。
