Description
Claims (8)
- プラスチック材料製の少なくとも1つのコア層と、金属材料製の少なくとも2つのカバー層とを有する多層複合材料にビーディング折り目を形成する方法において、前記複合材料の前記コア層を、形成すべき前記ビーディング折り目の領域で、少なくとも部分的に、180℃〜300℃の温度に加熱することで、前記プラスチック材料の強度を低減し、ビーディング折り目の湾曲部の厚さが他の領域のそれより薄くなるように、前記コア層の材料がビーディング折り目の領域から部分的に変位し得ることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記加熱を200℃〜260℃の温度まで行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記加熱プロセスを前記形成プロセスの開始前に終わらせることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記形成プロセス中に少なくとも一時的に前記加熱プロセスを行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記カバー層の金属材料が鋼又は合金鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記カバー層が相互に同一又は異なる厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記コア層が、最も厚い前記カバー層の2〜5倍大きい厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記コア層が、特にガスを含有している発泡プラスチック材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
