Description
部と、被検体を透過したX線を検出し、前記X線発生部と対向配置されるように前記C形
アームに保持されるX線検出部と、ユーザによる曝射ボタンの操作開始から前記曝射ボタ
ンの操作解除までの間継続的にX線曝射トリガ信号を発生させ、前記X線曝射トリガ信号
の発生から前記被検体の心電波形の特徴波が最初に現れる時点よりも前である予め指定さ
れた所定の時間に基づく時点で前記X線発生部からX線を発生させるためのX線発生信号
の発生を開始し、前記X線発生信号の発生から少なくとも1心拍期間を遅延して造影剤注
入信号の発生を開始し、前記X線曝射トリガ信号が停止された時点で前記X線発生信号と
前記造影剤注入信号とを停止する制御部とを具備する。
本実施形態はその概要において、従来では、撮影開始トリガがオンになった瞬間から撮影を開始するものであったが、本実施形態ではさらに心拍位相が予め決められた心拍位相に達した瞬間、もしくはその予定時点より一定時間前から撮影を開始する。それにより必要な心拍位相の画像を過不足なく効率的に収集する。また、撮影開始から少なくとも1周期経過後に造影開始を指示する。それにより必要な情報(必要な周期のマスク画像)を確実に収集することができる。
心拍位相は、例えばR波から次のR波までの期間を百分率で規格化し、当該期間内の位置をパーセントで表現される。例えば冠状動脈の三次元構造を局所的又は全体的に作成する場合、比較的動きの少ない拡張末期に対応する心拍位相が上記「特定の心拍位相」として設定される。なお、ここでは説明の便宜上、特定の心拍位相はゼロ%、つまりR波のタイミングで心電トリガ信号を発生するものとする。
Claims (2)
- X線を発生し、C形アームに保持されるX線発生部と、
被検体を透過したX線を検出し、前記X線発生部と対向配置されるように前記C形アー
ムに保持されるX線検出部と、
ユーザによる曝射ボタンの操作開始から前記曝射ボタンの操作解除までの間継続的にX
線曝射トリガ信号を発生させ、前記X線曝射トリガ信号の発生から前記被検体の心電波形
の特徴波が最初に現れる時点よりも前である予め指定された所定の時間に基づく時点で前
記X線発生部からX線を発生させるためのX線発生信号の発生を開始し、前記X線発生信
号の発生から少なくとも1心拍期間を遅延して造影剤注入信号の発生を開始し、前記X線
曝射トリガ信号が停止された時点で前記X線発生信号と前記造影剤注入信号とを停止する
制御部とを具備することを特徴とするX線診断装置。 - 前記造影剤注入信号に対応するアイコン又はメッセージを表示する表示部をさらに備え
ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線診断装置。
