Claims (8)
- 出力軸の一端側が減速装置のケーシングの中に収容され、該出力軸の他端側でスラスト荷重の掛かる相手機械軸が連結される減速装置であって、
前記出力軸を回転可能に直接支持するとともに出力軸に掛かるスラスト荷重を受け止めることのできる軸受と、
中空部を有し、前記出力軸と一体的に回転する中空ボディと、
該中空ボディの中空部内に挿入されることにより該中空ボディと連結可能とされるとともに前記相手機械軸とも連結可能とされた継部材と、を備え、
該継部材を介して前記出力軸に掛かる前記相手機械軸のスラスト荷重を、前記軸受によって受け、
前記継部材は、前記中空ボディに挿入される筒状部と、前記中空ボディの軸方向相手機械側の端部に固定されるリング部とを備える
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記減速装置の入力軸および前記出力軸が同軸に配置された
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記継部材は、前記筒状部の反相手機械側の端部から半径方向内側に張り出すことで前記相手機械軸が連結可能とされる張り出し部を備えている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記継部材の前記筒状部の外周に、該継部材が前記中空ボディから回転トルクを受ける第1の係合部を備えるとともに、
該筒状部の内周に、該中空ボディから受け取った回転トルクを前記相手機械軸に伝達する第2の係合部を備えた
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項4において、
前記第1の係合部と第2の係合部が、キーとキー溝とで構成され、その円周方向の位相が180度ずれている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項4において、
前記第1の係合部と第2の係合部が、スプラインによって構成されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかにおいて、
前記出力軸と前記中空ボディとがそれぞれ別部材で構成されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかにおいて、
前記出力軸の一部と前記中空ボディとが一体化され、1つの部材で構成されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。
