Description
Claims (7)
- 複数のLED発光放熱ユニット(1)と、前記複数のLED発光放熱ユニット(1)を取り付ける基部(2)と、上面に前記基部(2)を固定可能なフレーム(4)とを備え、基部(2)とフレーム(4)とが接続固定されている対流放熱式LED照明ランプであって、
前記基部(2)は、前記複数のLED発光放熱ユニット(1)を取り付ける発光放熱ユニット取付部と、前記発光放熱ユニット取付部から前記フレーム(4)の上面側へ延びる対向する側壁を有する凹溝(21)と、前記側壁に形成された複数の切欠とを備え、互いに一定の間隔で配列された複数の帯状体又は1つの格子状体で透かし彫り状構造を形成しており、前記フレーム(4)の上面と前記基部(2)との間の隙間によって前記基部(2)の内部及び周辺には外気と直接対流可能な複数の通路が形成され、
前記LED発光放熱ユニット(1)は、
前記基部(2)の発光放熱ユニット取付部に前記フレーム(4)から離れる上方へ発光方向が定められるように間隔を空けて設けられており、
LEDチップ(11)と、
上面に前記LEDチップ(11)が取り付けられ、前記LEDチップ(11)を制御する回路基板(3)と、
前記回路基板(3)に接続され、前記LEDチップ(11)に電流を送り込む回路端子(14)と、
上側端面に前記LEDチップ(11)及び前記回路基板(3)が載置されると共に、前記回路端子(14)を覆い前記LEDチップ(11)、前記回路基板(3)及び回路端子(14)の熱を放熱する放熱器(12)とを備えるとともに、
前記LEDチップ(11)の上方をレンズ(13)で覆うことにより、それぞれのLED発光放熱ユニット(1)自身が独立した防水密封体を構成し、
前記回路端子(14)は、前記放熱器(12)の下側から延びる電極リードであり、
前記電極リードは、前記発光放熱ユニット取付部の貫通孔を通過し、凹溝(21)の内部を通って電源端子まで引き回され、
前記フレーム(4)の上方を覆う防護カバーのない全体が通気性を有する構造である
ことを特徴とする対流放熱式LED照明ランプ。 - 請求項1において、
前記LED発光放熱ユニット(1)は、前記基部(2)においてアレイ状に並べられており、方形、円形、楕円形、台形、六角形又は梅の花形を形成している
ことを特徴とする対流放熱式LED照明ランプ。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記電極リードは、前記凹溝(21)に配置された後、コロイド状物質によって固定密封されている
ことを特徴とする対流放熱式LED照明ランプ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記凹溝(21)は帯状の凹溝である
ことを特徴とする対流放熱式LED照明ランプ。 - 請求項1において、
前記LED発光放熱ユニット(1)の放熱器(12)における上側の端面には、LEDチップ(11)及び回路基板(3)を設置するための載置部(121)が開口形成されている
ことを特徴とする対流放熱式LED照明ランプ。 - 請求項5において、
前記LEDチップ(11)の上方には、前記載置部(121)の全体を1つのレンズ(13)が覆うように設けられており、前記レンズ(13)と前記放熱器(12)とで前記LED発光放熱ユニット(1)の全体が防水密封されている
ことを特徴とする対流放熱式LED照明ランプ。 - 請求項1において、
前記基部(2)は、金属材料からなる
ことを特徴とする対流放熱式LED照明ランプ。
