Claims (3)
- 活物質を含む合材が塗工された塗工領域と、合材が塗工されていない非塗工領域とが交互に長さ方向に連続して配置された帯状材を切断することにより極板を製造する積層型二次電池用極板の製造方法において、
前記塗工領域の長さ方向の中央部を切断するステップと、
前記非塗工領域の長さ方向の中央部を切断するステップとを順次1回ずつ行うことにより1枚の前記極板を作製する、積層型二次電池用極板の製造方法。 - 前記帯状材の塗工領域の長さが、切断後の前記塗工領域の長さの2倍である、請求項1に記載の積層型二次電池用極板の製造方法。
- 前記帯状材の非塗工領域の長さが、切断後の前記非塗工領域の長さの2倍である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層型二次電池用極板の製造方法。
