(一実施形態)
本発明の一実施形態によるガラスドア用の自動復帰装置を図1〜図4に示す。図1〜図4に示すように、自動復帰装置10は、固定台座20、固定軸30、挟持部40、及びピストン部材50を備える。

Claims (8)
- ガラスドア用の自動復帰装置であって、
地面に固定される固定台座と、
一端が前記固定台座に連結される軸部、及び、前記軸部に設けられる偏心カムを有する固定軸と、
前記ガラスドアを挟持させて固定させ、油溜め空間、及び前記油溜め空間に連通し且つ前記固定軸を貫設させる軸穴を有し、前記ガラスドアの開閉動作に合わせて前記固定軸まわりに枢動する挟持部と、
前記挟持部の前記油溜め空間内に設けられると共に前記固定軸の前記偏心カムに当接させられ、前記挟持部が枢動を行うとき前記固定軸の前記偏心カムに当接することにより作動させられ、作動油を圧迫させて前記ガラスドアの開閉動作の抵抗力を発生させるピストン部材と、
を備え、
前記固定台座は、固定板、複数の調整部材、及び調整板で構成され、
前記固定板は、収容溝、および、地面より上に位置する外周面から前記収容溝まで連通する複数の調整孔を有し、
各前記調整部材は、前記調整孔内を移動できるように設けられ、
前記調整板は、前記固定板の前記収容溝内に設けられると共に前記固定軸に連結され、前記調整部材の当接を受けて前記固定板に対し動作することを特徴とするガラスドア用の自動復帰装置。 - 前記固定台座は、前記固定板の両端にそれぞれ接合される2枚の端板を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラスドア用の自動復帰装置。
- 前記固定板は、複数のボルトにより地面に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラスドア用の自動復帰装置。
- 前記挟持部は、挟持台座及び2つの蓋体を有し、
前記挟持台座は、前記軸穴を有し、
2つの前記蓋体は、前記挟持台座の両端に設けられると共に前記油溜め空間を閉鎖させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラスドア用の自動復帰装置。 - 前記挟持部は、2つの帯金及び複数の当接部材を更に有し、
前記挟持台座は、嵌め溝部及び複数の貫通孔を有し、
前記嵌め溝部は、前記ガラスドアの嵌設に用いられ、
各前記貫通孔は、前記嵌め溝部に連通され、
2つの前記帯金は、前記嵌め溝部内で対向するように設けられると共に前記ガラスドアに貼着され、
前記当接部材は、前記挟持台座の貫通孔内にそれぞれ設けられると共に2つの前記帯金に当接され、2つの前記帯金を前記ガラスドアに押圧することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガラスドア用の自動復帰装置。 - 前記挟持部は、前記挟持台座の対向する両側に設けられる2枚の装飾板を更に有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガラスドア用の自動復帰装置。
- 2つの調整バルブを更に備え、
前記油溜め空間は、空洞、油通路、及び、互いに間隔を置く2つのバルブ孔で構成され、
前記空洞は、前記ピストン部材を内設させると共に前記軸穴に連通され、
前記油通路は、前記空洞に連通され、
各前記バルブ孔は、前記空洞及び前記油通路に連通させられて前記調整バルブの設置に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラスドア用の自動復帰装置。 - 前記ピストン部材は、ピストン、固定ブロック、及び、少なくとも1つの弾性部材を有し、
前記ピストンは、前記固定軸の前記軸部が貫設する溝孔を有し、
前記固定ブロックは、前記ピストンに設けられると共に前記固定軸の前記偏心カムに当接され、
前記弾性部材は、両端が前記ピストン及び前記挟持部にそれぞれ当接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラスドア用の自動復帰装置。
