Claims (6)
- 複数の凹部又はエンボス加工部を備える、自動車熱シールドにおいて使用するための、三次元(3D)構造化薄板金において、全てのエンボス加工部が、中立面nとして規定された平坦な薄板材料の表面に対して垂直な同じ方向に向かって、この中立面から同じ距離hだけ突出しており、複数のエンボス加工部が相俟って規則的な網状構造を形成しており、それぞれのエンボス加工部が、接合部を形成するように他のエンボス加工部と交差しており、前記規則的な網状構造には、それぞれ3つの集束するエンボス加工部で形成される複数の接合部と、それぞれ6つの集束するエンボス加工部で形成される複数の接合部とが設けられており、3つの集束するエンボス加工部で形成される接合部と6つの集束するエンボス加工部で形成される接合部とは、共通する一つのエンボス加工部によって互いに連結されていることを特徴とする、三次元(3D)構造化薄板金。
- いずれか2つの結合された接合部の間の距離は一定である、請求項1記載の3D構造化薄板金。
- 長さ方向のエンボス加工部の形態が細長くされている、請求項1又は2記載の3D構造化薄板金。
- 長さ方向のエンボス加工部の形態が直線的である又は丸み付けられている又は湾曲されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の3D構造化薄板金。
- 複数の凹部又はエンボス加工部を備えた3D構造化薄板金の少なくとも1つの層を有する、車両のための熱シールドにおいて、全てのエンボス加工部が、中立面nとして規定された平坦な薄板材料の表面に対して垂直な同じ方向に向かって、この中立面から同じ距離hだけ離れるように突出しており、複数のエンボス加工部が相俟って規則的な網状構造を形成しており、それぞれのエンボス加工部が、接合部を形成するように他のエンボス加工部と交差しており、前記規則的な網状構造には、それぞれ3つの集束するエンボス加工部で形成される複数の接合部と、それぞれ6つの集束するエンボス加工部で形成される複数の接合部とが設けられており、3つの集束するエンボス加工部で形成される接合部と6つの集束するエンボス加工部で形成される接合部とは、共通する一つのエンボス加工部によって互いに連結されていることを特徴とする、車両のための熱シールド。
- 3D構造化薄板金の少なくとも1つの層が、規則的な網状構造によって部分的にのみ被覆されている、請求項5記載の熱シールド。
