Claims (6)
- 凹凸形状のパターンが繰り返されて形成される金属板材であって、
反復的な四角の格子パターンで延長され、凹形状を有するビード部と、
前記ビード部同士の間にそれぞれ形成され、前記ビード部より上方に突出して反復的なパターンの凸形状を有する多数のセル部とを含んでなり、
前記それぞれのセル部は、上端部領域がドーム形状を有する四角錐状であり、最上端地点が前記セル部の中心領域から外れて偏心する地点に形成され、
前記セル部の前記最上端地点を通過する垂直断面において、前記セル部の前記最上端地点を基準として、一方の側の領域の傾きが、他方の側の領域の傾きよりも大きいことを特徴とする、強度補強用金属板材。 - 前記セル部の最上端地点は、前記セル部に形成される仮想の対角線上でセル部の中心領域から外れて偏心する地点に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強度補強用金属板材。
- 前記セル部の最上端地点は、前記セル部の中心領域から縁部領域までの距離を基準に15〜20%中心領域から外れて偏心する地点に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強度補強用金属板材。
- 前記セル部の最上端地点の高さは、前記セル部の一辺に該当するビード部の長さを基準に30〜45%で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強度補強用金属板材。
- 前記金属板材はアルミニウム板材であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の強度補強用金属板材。
- 前記金属板材は、0.3mm以下の厚さを有し、車両用ヒートプロテクターに使用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の強度補強用金属板材。
