Claims (6)
- 第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルの電極タップと接続タップとをスポット溶接するステップと、
前記接続タップの中心部に沿って前記接続タップを折って前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルを積層させるステップと、
前記接続タップの電極リードと保護回路モジュール(PCM)の電極リードとを溶接するステップとを含み、
前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルの電極タップは、陽極タップ及び陰極タップを含み、
前記接続タップは、陽極接続タップ及び陰極接続タップを含み、
前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルの電極タップと接続タップとをスポット溶接するステップは、
第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルの陽極タップと接続タップの陽極接続タップとをダイレクトスポット溶接するステップと、
第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルの陰極タップと接続タップの陰極接続タップとをダイレクトスポット溶接するステップとを含み、
前記接続タップの中心部に沿って前記接続タップを折って前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルを積層させるステップは、
前記第2ベアセルを前記接続タップの中心部に対して180度回転させて積層し、
前記接続タップの中心部に沿って前記接続タップを折って前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルを積層させるステップが、
前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルが互いに平行になりつつ接触されるようにし、
前記陽極接続タップは、前記第1ベアセル及び前記第2ベアセルを電気的および構造的に結合し、
前記陰極接続タップは、前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルを電気的および構造的に結合し、
前記陽極接続タップ及び前記陰極接続タップは、それぞれ前記第1ベアセル及び前記第2ベアセルを折り易くするために折りたたみ部分を有することを特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記接続タップは、一部がカバーレイにより取り囲まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記接続タップは、折り易くするために折りたたみ補助部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 電極タップが備えられた第1ベアセルと、
電極タップが備えられた第2ベアセルと、
前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルの電極タップにスポット溶接される接続タップと、
前記接続タップに電気的に接続した保護回路モジュール(PCM)とを含んでなり、
前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルは、前記接続タップが中心部に沿って折られて互い
に積層され、
前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルの電極タップは、陽極タップ及び陰極タップを含み、前記接続タップは、陽極接続タップ及び陰極接続タップを含み、
前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルの電極タップは、
前記接続タップの陽極接続タップにダイレクトスポット溶接された第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルの陽極タップと、
前記接続タップの陰極接続タップにダイレクトスポット溶接された第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルの陰極タップとを含み、
前記第2ベアセルは、前記接続タップの中心部に対して180度回転されて積層され、
前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルは、積層により互いに平行になりつつ互いに接触され、
前記陽極接続タップは、前記第1ベアセル及び前記第2ベアセルを電気的および構造的に結合し、
前記陰極接続タップは、前記第1ベアセル及び第2ベアセルを電気的および構造的に結合し、
前記陽極接続タップ及び前記陰極接続タップは、それぞれ前記第1ベアセル及び前記第2ベアセルを折り易くするために折りたたみ部分を有するたことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記接続タップは、一部がカバーレイにより取り囲まれたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接続タップは、折りやすくするために折りたたみ補助部が備えられたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
