Claims (7)
- シリンダ内において一方室と他方室を隔成する隔壁体と、
前記隔壁体の前記一方室または前記他方室に対向する端面に形成される弁座と、
前記弁座に外周端部が離着座するリーフバルブと、を備え、
前記隔壁体の移動速度に応じて減衰力を発生し、
前記リーフバルブは、作動流体の通過を許容する複数のオリフィスが前記リーフバルブの外周端部における周方向の任意箇所に集中して形成されるオリフィス集中部を有し、
前記隔壁体が低速領域にあるときには、作動流体が前記リーフバルブの外周端部を撓ませることなく前記複数のオリフィスを通過して流出することにより減衰力を発生させ、
作動流体の流量が増えて前記複数のオリフィスを通過するだけでは流出し得なくなったときには、前記オリフィス集中部が他部に優先して撓み、作動流体が前記オリフィス集中部の撓みによって出現する部分的な隙間を通じて流出することにより減衰力を発生させる減衰バルブ。 - 複数の前記オリフィスは、所定の間隔を空けて互いに並行に設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 複数の前記オリフィスは、所定の間隔を空けて径方向に放射状に並んで設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 複数の前記オリフィスは所定の間隔を空けて設けられた複数の切欠からなり、
複数の前記切欠を有する部位における周方向の幅寸法は、複数の前記切欠を有しない部位における周方向の幅寸法より小さく設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 前記オリフィス集中部は、少なくとも2つの切欠によって構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 前記リーフバルブに前記オリフィスを覆うように積層される第二のリーフバルブをさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 前記オリフィスは、前記リーフバルブの外周端から開口する切欠で形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の減衰バルブ。
