Description
(i)MOR沸石に一価金属を担持させて金属を担持した沸石を得て;
そして、
(ii)金属を担持した沸石を少なくとも400℃の温度で水蒸気と処理して、金属を担持した脱アルミニウム化沸石を得る
工程を含む。
(i)MOR沸石に一価金属を担持させて金属を担持した沸石を得て;
そして、
(ii)金属を担持した沸石を少なくとも400℃の温度で水蒸気と処理して、金属を担持した脱アルミニウム化沸石を得て;
そして、
(iii)金属を担持した脱アルミニウム化沸石を脱アルミニウム化沸石の水素型に変換することにより得る。
(i)MOR沸石に一価金属を担持させて金属を担持した沸石を得て;
そして、
(ii)金属を担持した沸石を少なくとも400℃の温度で水蒸気と処理して、金属を担持した脱アルミニウム化沸石を得て
そして、
(iii)金属を担持した脱アルミニウム化沸石を脱アルミニウム化沸石の水素型に変換することにより得られたMOR構造型の脱アルミニウム化沸石である。

本実施例において、脱アルミニウム化H‐モルデン沸石触媒は、(i)モルデン沸石にナトリウム陽イオンを担持させて、Na‐モルデン沸石を得て、(ii)Na‐モルデン沸石を蒸気処理して、脱アルミニウム化されたNa‐モルデン沸石を得て、そして、(iii)鉱酸で処理することによって脱アルミニウム化されたNa‐モルデン沸石を脱アルミニウム化されたH‐モルデン沸石に変換することにより、調製される。
本実施例は、非脱アルミニウム化H‐モルデン沸石触媒の調製法を例示する。H‐モルデン沸石を得るために、二酸化ケイ素:アルミナの比率が20のNH4−モルデン沸石(CBV21A Zeolystインターナショナル)10gは、静的空気で500℃で3時間か焼された。
本実施例は、ジメチルエーテルのカルボニル化のための触媒AおよびDの使用を例示する。
10gの触媒Aは、80℃で2時間、100ml脱イオン水中1.36gのAgNO3の溶液(8mmol)に混ぜられ、銀を担持した脱アルミニウム化されたモルデン沸石を得て、これを約1.5リットルの脱イオン水で洗われ、110℃の温度で20時間乾燥させ、静的空気下で500℃、3時間、か焼された。
か焼ステップが実施されなかったことを除いては、実施例4が繰り返された。
二酸化ケイ素:アルミナ比率が20のNH4−モルデン沸石(CBV21A Zeolystインターナショナル)20gは、200mlの脱イオン水中2.72gのAgNO3(16mmol、80mmol l−1の溶液濃度)の溶液と混合され、80℃で2時間、光がない状態で撹拌された。次に、その溶液は濾過され、固体のAg‐モルデン沸石を得た。固体は、光がない状態で多量の脱イオン水(固体10g当たり〜1.5リットル)で洗われた。湿潤Ag‐モルデン沸石は、110℃の温度で20時間乾燥され、次に静的空気で500℃、3時間でか焼された。
ジメチルエーテルのカルボニル化は、触媒B、CおよびEを用いた実施例3の手順に従って実施された。カルボニル化反応の結果は、図5に示される。図5は、アセチル生成物に対する空時収率(STY)対触媒B、CおよびEを使用したジメチルエーテルのカルボニル化の操業時間を表す。
Claims (12)
- 酢酸および酢酸メチルのうち少なくとも一つを製造するための方法であって、
沸石触媒の存在下、メタノール、ジメチルエーテルおよび炭酸ジメチルから選択される少なくとも一つのカルボニル化反応物を一酸化炭素とカルボニル化することにより製造し、ここで該沸石が、MOR構造型の脱アルミニウム化沸石であり、且つ、MOR構造型沸石の12‐員環チャネルの中のアルミニウムの選択的な脱アルミニウム化方法によって得られ、該脱アルミニウム化方法は、
(i)水素型またはアンモニウム型のMOR沸石に一価金属を担持させて金属を担持した沸石を得て;
(ii)金属を担持した沸石を少なくとも400℃の温度で水蒸気と処理して、金属を担持した脱アルミニウム化沸石を得て;そして、
(iii)ステップ(ii)の金属が担持された脱アルミニウム化MOR沸石を、脱アルミニウム化MOR沸石の水素型に変換する、
工程を含むことを特徴とする、酢酸および酢酸メチルのうち少なくとも一つを製造するための方法。 - 一価金属は、元素周期表の第1族または第11族に属する金属であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 一価金属は、ナトリウムまたは銀であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- MOR沸石は、一価金属を担持され、12‐員環チャネルのブレンステッド酸基でなく、8‐員環チャネルのブレンステッド酸基の全てまたは実質的に全てを交換することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- MOR沸石は、モルデン沸石であり、そして、モルデン沸石がモルデン沸石に存在するアルミニウムの総量の50mol%に等しい量で一価金属を担持することを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- ステップ(ii)の前に、沸石がか焼されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- 金属を担持した沸石は、蒸気処理され、12‐員環チャネルからアルミニウムの全てまたは実質的に全てを除去することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- 金属が担持された脱アルミニウム化沸石は、脱アルミニウム化された沸石をそのアンモニウム型に変換し、次に、脱アルミニウム化された沸石のアンモニウム型をか焼することにより、水素型に変換されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- 金属が担持された脱アルミニウム化沸石が7未満のpHで鉱酸処理により、水素型に変換されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- 脱アルミニウム化沸石の水素型が、銅、銀、金、ニッケル、イリジウム、ロジウム、プラチナ、パラジウムおよびコバルトから選択される一つ以上の金属で、イオン交換されるかまたは担持されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- 金属を担持した脱アルミニウム化沸石はか焼されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の製造方法。
- カルボニル化は酢酸メチルを含む生成物流を生じ、そして、該酢酸メチルは回収され、さらに酢酸まで加水分解され、または、該生成物流は加水分解され、生じた酢酸が回収されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
