Claims (18)
- 挿入領域(3)を有する少なくとも1つの第1の端面(2)と、
受け入れ領域(4)を有する少なくとも1つの第2の端面(5)と
を備え、少なくとも1つの前記第1と第2の端面(2、5)は、前記挿入領域(3)を前記受け入れ領域(4)の中に挿入することによって、ガス気密の手法でお互いに接続可能であり、
金属製の半径方向のシール(6)が前記挿入領域(3)と前記受け入れ領域(4)の間に配置され、
前記半径方向のシール(6)は、第1の半径方向に延びる完全な周囲の突起(11)を有する第1の軸端(10)と、前記第1の半径方向と反対の方向に傾く第1の密封へり(13)を有する第2の軸端(12)を備え、
前記第1と第2の端面(2、5)は、押込みばめ結合を形成する自動車のための排気管(1)。 - 前記第1の端面(2)と前記第2の端面(5)はお互いに噛み合う請求項1に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記第2の軸端(12)は、前記第1の半径方向に傾いた第2の密封へり(14)を有する請求項1に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記密封へり(13、14)の間に形成された環状の溝(15)をさらに含む請求項3に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記半径方向のシール(6)は、縦軸(9)に対して傾いたジャケット表面(16)をさらに含む請求項1に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記ジャケット表面(16)は前記第1の密封へり(13)と連続的に連接する請求項5に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記第1の密封へり(13)は、前記第2の密封へり(14)より軸方向にさらに延びる請求項3に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記半径方向のシール(6)の負荷がない状態で、前記突起(11)は、前記第2の密封へり(14)より前記半径方向にさらに延びる請求項3に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記半径方向のシール(6)は、半径方向に事前に負荷がかかった手法で少なくとも1つの前記第1と第2の端面(2、5)の1つで保持される請求項1に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記受け入れ領域(4)は自由端に対して拡張した直径を有する拡張した領域(7)を有し、前記半径方向のシール(6)は、前記拡張した領域(7)内に配置される請求項1に記載の排気管(1)。
- 保持リング(18)をさらに含み、前記受け入れ領域(4)は減少した直径領域を含み、前記半径方向のシール(6)は、保持リングと前記減少した直径領域の間に配置される請求項1に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記減少した直径領域は直径の段形状の減少(19)を含む請求項11に記載の排気管(1)。
- 締め付け要素(24)をさらに含み、前記挿入領域(3)は、締め付け側(23)と傾き側(22)を有する締め付け突起(21)を有し、前記締め付け要素(24)は前記締め付け側(23)を支える請求項1に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記傾き側(22)は、前記挿入領域(3)の縦軸(9)に対して傾いている請求項13に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記締め付け要素(24)は、前記受け入れ領域(4)の中のスロット(25)に導かれるバネ留め具を備える請求項13に記載の排気管(1)。
- 前記バネ留め具は、前記挿入領域(3)の外部半径に対応する内部半径を有する外側に曲がった部分(28、29)を備える枝(26、27)を有するU字型の部材を有する請求項15に記載の排気管(1)。
- 請求項1に記載された排気管(1)を含む自動車の排気システム。
- 縦軸(9)に沿って整列した中心を有する第1と第2の軸端(10、12)と、
縦軸(9)に対して一定の角度に傾いた表面(16)を形成する内部環状端と、
外部環状端と、
前記第2の軸端(12)に形成された環状溝(15)と、
前記第1の軸端(10)で前記外部環状端から延びる半径方向の突起(11)と
を備え、
前記環状溝(15)は、第1と第2の密封へり(13、14)の間に形成され、前記第1の密封へり(13)は前記第2の密封へり(14)より軸方向にさらに延び、前記内部環状端は、前記第1の密封へりと連続的に連接する排気管(1)のための金属製の半径方向のシール(6)。
