本发明涉及一种汽车构件,其包括一具有至少一个开口的空腔用来容纳液压油,还包括一密封地封闭所述开口的装置。
背景技术
在汽车制造业中经常出现这样的问题,即孔口必须油密封地封闭。在一系列液压汽车构件中必要安装孔口,以便形成用于液压油的通道。与此相关的是,这些开口必须可靠地密封,但这在实际情况中会产生很高的费用。
DE 86 14 676 U1建议了一种旋入管接头,其具有一塑料密封圈。但这种解决方案的缺点是,汽车构件待密封的开口必须设置内螺纹,而制造这种旋入管接头相对来说很繁琐,因而很昂贵。
在DE 101 56 507 A1中描述了一种闭锁螺栓,用于孔口的密封封闭。为能够装入此闭锁螺栓,同样必须在汽车构件上加工一内螺纹,而且自动化安装很繁琐。
还已知的是,在闭锁螺栓的位置处使用一盖板,其压入在孔口的开口处并用一防护环固定。但要指出的是,由于要求的压紧力很大,在安装时可能会出现错误,随后就要花费很多时间来纠正这一错误。为了达到有效的密封效果,孔口及待压紧的盖板必须以很小的公差制成。此外还要着重指出的是,在个别情况下压紧时可能会形成屑末,这可能会再次阻塞液压通道。在此可看到的另一缺点是,盖板是一特制的车削件,因此这种方案的成本相对较高。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车构件,其具有一密封地封闭孔口的装置,所述装置可低成本地制成并可以确保可靠的密封。
为解决这个问题,前面所述种类的汽车构件按本发明这样规定,此装置构成为拱起的密封片,其可以安装到开口上并且通过施加一轴向力可以径向扩张地变形。
按本发明的汽车构件具有的优点是,取代高成本的闭锁螺栓或特制的密封盖板,使用了一种相对来说制造简单因而成本低廉的密封片,所述密封片不需要压紧,只需松松地放在孔口上并随后通过一轴向力变形,从而使孔口的开口密封。在按本发明的解决方案中,省略了安装单独的防护件例如防护环的步骤。另外还有利的是,此密封片不必精确地定位在孔口内。
如果空腔或孔口在开口范围内具有一凸肩,密封片在压紧前能够以其边缘放置在所述凸肩上,则在按本发明的汽车构件中可达到一特别好的密封效果。此孔口在此具有一确定的直径,所述直径在开口范围变大。
本发明规定,密封片在变形后或者是平坦的,或者至少在其外圆周范围内具有一平坦的环状面。密封片在变形时主要径向伸展,因此它可与汽车构件形锁合和/或力锁合地连接。这种拼合即使在温度波动的情况下也能保持它的密封特性。
同样也属于本发明框架的是,密封片和汽车构件由不同的材料制成。如果使用不同的材料,则可有效地避免屑末的产生。在此例如还可规定,密封片由钢材构成并且可以设有一表面保护层,以阻止形成腐蚀。
按标准DIN(德国工业标准)470制成的密封片是特别合适的,因为这种类型的密封片已被证明是特别可靠的,而且标准化密封片是有价格优势的。
同样也属于本发明框架的是,汽车构件由轻合金、特别是铝合金制成,其优选用由钢材制成的密封片密封。密封片的拱形结构使其在变形后仍保留有一定的预紧,因此由钢材和铝的材料配合尽管热膨胀系数不同,但是在温度波动的情况下也能可靠地密封。
按本发明的汽车构件具有许多应用可能性。此汽车构件可作为内燃机的构件使用,在此例如可以是链条张紧器。其它的应用领域例如是凸轮轴调节器或汽车变速箱或汽车转向器的构件。一般说来,按本发明的汽车构件可用在那些需要密封液压开口的领域。

具体实施方式
密封片1具有一圆形的设有拱顶的基本形状。在所示的实施例中使用了按DIN 470的密封片,其例如在直径16mm时具有1.6mm的厚度和22mm的弯曲半径。此密封片1设置有电镀的表面保护层,其例如可以是磷化处理。
如在图1中可见,密封片1安装时放置在汽车构件3的凸肩2上。此汽车构件3是指用于链条张紧器的模块载体,其设置有一孔口4,用来产生液压系统的内置油槽。
如图1所示,为实现安装,密封片1以其凸面朝外松弛地放入汽车构件的开口5内,其中开口5的内直径选择成比密封片1的外直径大一些。因为在密封片1和开口5的内圆周之间存在着一很小的间隔,所以可用自动化的自动安装机器无问题地完成密封片1的放入。无需将密封片1精确地定位在开口5内。
为使密封片1变形要使用一冲具,其形状与密封片1的拱形相适配。此冲具首先作用在密封片1的边缘6上,其中边缘6通过施加的轴向力被径向地下压和变形。
因为汽车构件3由铝合金制成,密封片1由钢材构成,所以在密封片1的整个圆周上的边缘6埋入到铝材中,因此在两个部件之间产生了特别稳固的连接。
图2示出了变形后的汽车构件3。密封片1的边缘6在整个圆周上紧贴在凸肩2上,因此存在于孔口4中的液压油不会从汽车构件3朝外泄漏。密封片1在变形后具有一近乎平坦的环状面。因为密封片1还具有一定的余拱,所以还存在一永久预紧,这在温度升高时还可以保障密封的稳固性。
图3示出了一变型方案,密封片在变形后近乎是平坦的。用比图1和2中示出的密封片1更大的变形力,使密封片7变形。此外要使用其它的变形工具,因此产生了图3示出的表面近乎平坦的密封片7。这一加强的变形使密封片7的边缘8进一步埋入到开口5的基底中,因此这种连接也实现了孔口4的可靠密封。

Claims (10)

1.一种汽车构件,其包括一具有至少一开口的、用来容纳液压油的空腔,还包括一密封地封闭所述开口的装置,其特征在于,所述开口(5)通过一拱起的密封片(1、7)封闭,所述密封片能够安装到开口(5)内并且在施加一轴向力之后能够径向扩张地变形,密封片(1、7)在所述变形后是平坦的或者至少在其外圆周的范围内构成一平坦的环状面。
2.按权利要求1所述的汽车构件,其特征在于,空腔构成为孔口(4)。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的汽车构件,其特征在于,空腔在开口的范围内具有一凸肩(2),密封片(1、7)在压紧前能够以其边缘(6、8)放置在所述凸肩上。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的汽车构件,其特征在于,密封片(1、7)与汽车构件(3)由不同的材料制成。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的汽车构件,其特征在于,密封片(1、7)由钢材构成。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的汽车构件,其特征在于,密封片(1、7)设有一表面保护层。
7.按权利要求1或2所述的汽车构件,其特征在于,密封片(1、7)符合DIN 470。
8.按权利要求1或2所述的汽车构件,其特征在于,汽车构件由轻合金构成。
9.按权利要求1或2所述的汽车构件,其特征在于,汽车构件用作内燃机、变速箱或转向器的构件。
10.按权利要求8所述的汽车构件,其特征在于,汽车构件由铝合金构成。
