Claims (9)
- 駆動ユニット及び該駆動ユニットの下流側に配置されている伝動装置を備えたパワートレインのためのクラッチ装置(1)であって、
半径方向に重畳して配置されていて、入力側及び出力側のプレートキャリア(34,35,35a,42,43)に取り付けられ、軸線方向に交互に配置されているプレート(38,38a,39)及び摩擦プレート(40,41)を有する、前記駆動ユニットによって駆動されるケーシング(8)内に配置されている少なくとも1つの湿式クラッチ(28,29)を備えている、パワートレインのためのクラッチ装置において、
前記入力側のプレートキャリア(34,35)はクラッチボス(37)に不動に取り付けられているキャリアディスク(36)に不動に接合されており、前記キャリアディスク(36)にねじり振動吸振器(50)が配置されており、
前記ねじり振動吸振器(50)は遠心力振り子(51)であることを特徴とする、パワートレインのためのクラッチ装置。 - 前記入力側のプレートキャリア(34,35a)が組み立てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記プレートキャリア(34,35a)は周方向に亘って分配された接合エレメント(90,90a,90b,90c,98)から組み立てられており、該接合エレメント(90,90a,90b,90c,98)は少なくとも1つの湿式クラッチ(28,29)のフランジ部分(13a)として形成された入力部分(13)を、軸線方向に離間して遊びなしでキャリアディスク(36)に接合していることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記接合エレメント(90,90a,90c,98)は端部側に夫々、周方向に互いに隣り合う少なくとも2つのリベットピン(92,92a,93,93a)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記接合エレメント(90,90a,90c,98)は前記フランジ部分(13a)及び/又はキャリアディスク(36)にリベット留めするために、多角形の横断面を備えた前記リベットピン(92,92a,93,93a)を有しており、該リベットピン(92,92a,93,93a)は、前記フランジ部分(13a)若しくはキャリアディスク(36)における前記リベットピン(92,92a,93,93a)に対して相補的に設けられている開口(94,95)に貫通して係合し、かつ、前記接合エレメント(90,90a,90c,98)とは反対の前記フランジ部分(13a)若しくは前記キャリアディスク(36)の側に夫々リベット留めされることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記フランジ部分(13a)は少なくとも1つの湿式クラッチ(28)の端部プレート(71)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記ケーシング(8)と少なくとも1つの湿式クラッチ(28,29)との間において有効なねじり振動減衰器(12)が、前記接合エレメント(90,90a,90b,90c,98)を介して前記ねじり振動吸振器(50)に並列に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から6までのいずれか一項記載のクラッチ装置。
- 1つの接合エレメント(90a)の少なくとも1つのピン(86)が、前記ケーシング(8)に向かって軸線方向に拡張されており、かつ、前記ねじり振動減衰器(12)に並列に接続されている摩擦装置(85)を制御することを特徴とする、請求項7記載のクラッチ装置。
- 重畳して配置されている2つの前記湿式クラッチ(28,29)が設けられており、少なくとも1つの前記湿式クラッチ(28,29)は組立て式のプレートキャリア(34,35a)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項記載のクラッチ装置。
