Description
また、高温発泡層は火災盛期段階の高温の熱により確実に発泡膨張するため、高温発泡層の厚さを増大させることが可能である。これにより、長時間に亘って確実に火災盛期段階に発生した煙が戸枠と扉との隙間を通じて拡散することを防止できる。
また、高温発泡層に珪酸ソーダまたは耐火塗料を用いることにより、火災盛期段階の高温の熱により確実に珪酸ソーダまたは耐火塗料を発泡膨張させ、高温発泡層の厚さを増大させることが可能である。また、珪酸ソーダまたは耐火塗料は耐火材料であり、高温環境においても増大した体積が大きく減少することがない。これにより、長時間に亘って確実に火災盛期段階に発生した煙が戸枠と扉との隙間を通じて拡散することを防止できる。
Claims (1)
- 建物の開口部に設置された戸枠と、前記開口部を開閉自在に前記戸枠に支持された扉と、の隙間に設けられ、火災時に発生した煙が前記隙間を通じて拡散することを防止するための防煙テープにおいて、
火災初期段階の低温の熱により膨張する低温膨張部と、
火災盛期段階の高温の熱により膨張する高温膨張部と、が積層形成されており、
前記低温膨張部は、前記低温の熱により不燃ガスを放出する低温膨張層と、該低温膨張層を覆い、前記不燃ガスにより膨張する第1保護フィルムと、を備え、
前記高温膨張部は、前記高温の熱により発泡膨張する高温発泡層と、該高温発泡層を覆う第2保護フィルムと、を備え、
前記低温膨張部と前記高温膨張部とは接着部材により一体化されており、
前記低温膨張層は炭酸塩と高級脂肪酸と水とを混合したもので構成され、
前記高温膨張層は珪酸ソーダまたは耐火塗料で構成されていることを特徴とする防煙テープ。
