Description
本発明は、押出可能な熱可塑性ポリマー成形材料からの異方性の熱膨張係数を有する平面状の成形体又はシートの製造方法に関する。
ポリアミドに基づく熱可塑性成形体組成物及び有機的改質させたモンモリロナイト(MMT)を使用した。
MMTsの均一な分散のために、二経路を使用した。熱可塑性ポリマーにおいて、MMTsを、二軸スクリュー押出機での直接成形によって、良好に分散することができる(例えばPA6/MMT−1)。MMTsの良好な分配、及び従ってその効果において効率のよい粒子は、in−situで、カプロラクタムで重合させた製品において見出された(例えばPA6/MMT−2)。
射出成形で1mm未満の薄さの薄い壁の生成物において、MMTsの方向付けは、十分ではない、及び定義されて適合可能ではないと証明された。それとは逆に、所望された平面状の方向付けを、スロットダイから押出によって、続いて単軸及び二軸の方向付けによって製造されたシートにおいて達成することができた。これは、通常の方法がリングダイからの溶融物の押出、及び続いて二軸延伸(ブロー形成)によって製造されるブロー成形シートにも該当する。前記シートの典型的な厚さは、300μm未満である。
成分A
A1:150ml/gの粘度数を有するポリアミド6(ISO 307により25℃で硫酸中で0.5質量%の溶液として測定)
A2:以下のように製造した、in−situで重合させたポリアミド6:(成分Bの存在での成分A製造)
フィロケイ酸塩B2の1kgを、カプロラクタム19kg、及び水0.2kg中で溶解し、又は懸濁する。プロピオン酸10g及び水5lの添加後に、その混合物を撹拌槽中で270℃に加熱し、その際該槽の内圧は17barである。
B1:Cloisite 30B(登録商標)(Southern Clay Products、Gonzales、TX、USA)、第四級アンモニウム塩で疎水化したフィロケイ酸塩
B2:SCPX 1304(登録商標)(Southern Clay Products、Gonzales、TX、USA)、第四級C12アミノ酸で疎水化したフィロケイ酸塩。
C1:タルク IT Extra(登録商標)(Norwegian Talc、Bad Soden、DE)。
D1:Irganox 670(登録商標)(Ciba Specialty Chemicals、CH)。
成分A1を、成分B1の5質量%と組み合わせて使用する。成分D1を、0.2質量%の濃度で添加する。PA6ナノ複合材料の調製を、Werner&Pfleiderer社製の二軸スクリュー押出機ZSK25で、250℃で実施する。この場合、全ての成分を混合し、そしてそのプレミックスを、押出機の供給で生じさせる。得られた配合物を顆粒化する。
成分A2を、成分A1で、成分B2の濃度が2質量%になるまで薄め、そしてさらに成分C1の2質量%、及びさらに成分D1の2質量%と混合する。PA6ナノ複合材料の調製を、二軸スクリュー押出機ZSK25で、250℃で実施する。この場合、全ての成分を混合し、そしてそのプレミックスを、押出機の供給で生じさせる。得られた配合物(P2と言われる)を顆粒化する。
成分A2を、純粋な製品として使用する。シートを、押出によって、平面上のシートのプラント(Weber社製のZE30)から製造する。押出機を、75rpmで、並びに230℃(第一のシリンダーの温度)、240℃(ノズルの温度)及び250℃(押出機の中間)の間で動かす。その引き出し速度は4.2m/分である。得られたシートは、約200μmの厚さを有する。このシートから、厚さ試験体を製造する。多くのシートを、6mmの合計厚さを得るために積層し、そして9分間、3bar未満で225℃で成形する。得られた部分(P3と言われる)は、約5mmの厚さであり、かつ他の特徴付けのために使用する。
成分A1を、純粋な製品として使用する。シートを、押出によって、平面上のシートのプラント(Weber社製のZE30)から製造する。押出機を、75rpmで、並びに230℃(第一のシリンダー及びノズルの温度)及び250℃(押出機の中間)の間で動かす。その引き出し速度は4.2m/分である。得られたシートは、約250μmの厚さを有する。このシートから、厚さ試験体を製造する。多くのシートを、6mmの合計厚さを得るために積層し、そして9分間、3bar未満で225℃で成形する。得られた部分(P4と言われる)は、約5mmの厚さであり、かつ他の特徴付けのために使用する。
成分A1を、成分B1の5質量%と組み合わせて使用する。成分D1を、0.2質量%の濃度で添加する。PA6ナノ複合材料の調製を、二軸スクリュー押出機ZSK25で、250℃で実施する。この場合、全ての成分をプレミックスとして混合し、そして押出機の供給で生じる。得られた配合物を顆粒化する。乾燥させた顆粒を、260℃の材料温度で、射出成形機械中で、60mm×10mm×0.8mmの引張棒に加工し、その際工具温度は35℃である。
CTEsを、三方向(流れ方向、横方向、及び厚さ)で、Seiko社製のTMA−SS6000器具で、測定する。試験体の表面を、まず研磨して、滑らかな表面を得る。該試験体を、測定セル中に入れ、そして確実にするために測定前に140℃に加熱し、試験体を乾燥する。続いてCTEsの測定を、それぞれ1K/分の加熱速度で、20mNの負荷下で−40℃〜120℃の温度範囲で実施する。
Claims (9)
- 押出可能な熱可塑性ポリマー成形材料からなる異方性の熱膨張係数を有する平面状の成形体の製造方法において、10〜1000nmの範囲での直径及び1:5〜1:10000の範囲のアスペクト比を有する小片状のフィロケイ酸塩での該熱可塑性ポリマー成形材料の充填、充填された熱可塑性ポリマー成形材料の押出、そして続いて押出物の二軸延伸によって、平面状の成形体又はシートを得る方法であって、その際、前記押出を、リングダイから、続く二軸延伸を使用して、吹き付けによって実施し、該押出した及び延伸した成形体又はシートを、層の厚さを増加するために、積層し、圧縮し、又はラミネートし、そして該成形体の製造を、続いて衝撃押出法によって又は熱成形によって実施する、方法。
- 前記小片状のフィロケイ酸塩を有機的改質することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性ポリマー成形材料の充填を、小片状のフィロケイ酸塩で、モノマーからポリマーの製造の前又は間に実施することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー成形材料の熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリアミド、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリアルキレンテレフタレート、ポリスルホン、ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、ポリエーテル、ポリエステル、もしくはポリメチル(メタ)アクリレート、又はそれらのコポリマー、又はさらにゴムを含有することができるそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー成形材料が、さらに他の無機充填剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのフィロケイ酸塩で充填されたシートを、少なくとも1つの他の熱可塑性プラスチックシートと結合して、複合物を得ることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- シート積層体を、同時押出によって製造することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記シート積層体に、他のシート層又はシート積層体を、ラミネートによって付加することを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られる、成形体。
