Description
本発明に係る有機−無機シリカ粒子は、シリカ粒子の表面のヒドロキシ基(−OH)に開始剤が化学的に結合されたことを特徴とする。
1)グリシドキシアルコキシシラン−シリカ製造(シリカ表面にゾル―ゲル反応を通してグリシドキシシラン導入)
シリカは、商業用に製造されたコロイドシリカゾルであるメチルエチルケトンシリカゾル(MEK−ST、日産化学工業株式会社製、粒子平均サイズは22nm、シリカ含量は30%)を使用した。前記MEK−ST20gをメチルエチルケトン(MEK)18gで薄めた後、453.6mgの水を添加し、α−ピコリンを塩基として使用してpH8〜9に合わせた。この溶液に1.98gのグリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(glycidoxy propyltrimethoxy silane、GPTMS)を入れ、50℃で24時間撹拌した。
前記1)で製造された溶液に1.9gのアゾビスシアノペンタン酸(azo bis cyano pentanoic acid、ACPA、WAKO社)を入れ、50℃で5時間撹拌した。
前記2)で製造した表面処理されたアゾ―シリカ0.5g、ポリアクリレートポリオール5g、HDT(Hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer)0.6gを添加してハードコーティング液組成物を製造した。
PETフィルム上に3〜5μmの厚さで離型コーティングをした後、前記3)のハードコーティング液組成物を用いて3〜7μmの厚さでハードコーディングをし、40〜70mJの強さで1次UV硬化をした。その後、プライマー層を1〜3μmの厚さでコーティングした後、80℃で30秒間熱硬化した。その後、印刷層を1〜3μmの厚さでコーティングし、80℃で30秒間熱硬化した。その後、プライマー層を再び1〜3μmの厚さでコーティングし、80℃で30秒間熱硬化した。最後に、ホットメルト層を500nm〜2μmの厚さでコーティングした後、80℃で30秒間熱硬化してインモールドデコレーションフィルムを製造した。
前記実施例1で1.98gのガンマグリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(gammaglycidoxy propyl trimethoxy silane、GPTMS)の代わりにガンマグリシドキシプロピルジエトキシシラン(gamma−glycidoxy propyldiethoxy silane、GPDES)1.96gを使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一に実施した。
前記実施例1で1.98gのガンマグリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(gammaglycidoxy propyl trimethoxy silane、GPTMS)の代わりに、ガンマグリシドキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン(gamma−glycidoxy propyltriethoxy silane、GPTES)1.96gを使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一に実施した。
表面処理されていないシリカであるメチルエチルケトンシリカゾル(MEK−ST、日産化学工業株式会社製、粒子平均サイズは22nm、シリカ含量は30%)を使用したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同一にハードコーティング液を製造した後、インモールドデコレーションフィルムを製造した。
前記実施例1〜3及び比較例1のインモールドデコレーションフィルムの鉛筆硬度を測定し、下記の表1に示した。
Claims (9)
- シリカ粒子の表面のヒドロキシ基(−OH)に開始剤が化学的に結合された有機−無機シリカ粒子と、イソシアネート系化合物とを含むハードコーティング組成物。
- 前記ハードコーティング組成物は、アクリレート系重合体、多官能性アクリレート系単量体、開始剤及び溶媒からなる群より選ばれる1種以上をさらに含む請求項1に記載のハードコーティング組成物。
- 前記アクリレート系重合体は、アクリロイル官能基が導入されたアクリレート系共重合体である請求項2に記載のハードコーティング組成物。
- 前記多官能性アクリレート系単量体は、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート及びジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレートからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含む請求項2に記載のハードコーティング組成物。
- 前記イソシアネート系化合物は、MDI(methylene diisocyanate)、HDI(hexamethylene diisocyanate)及びIPDI(isophorone diisocyanate)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含む請求項1に記載のハードコーティング組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載のハードコーティング組成物から提供されるハードコーティングフィルム。
- 前記ハードコーティングフィルムの厚さは3〜7μmである請求項6に記載のハードコーティングフィルム。
- 前記ハードコーティングフィルムはインモールドデコレーションフィルム用である請求項6に記載のハードコーティングフィルム。
- 請求項6に記載のハードコーティングフィルムを含む成形品。
