Claims (21)
- 실리카 입자의 표면의 히드록시기(-OH)에 개시제가 화학적 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 히드록시기(-OH)와 개시제의 화학적 결합은 에폭시기를 포함하는 알콕시 실란계 화합물을 연결기로 하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 알콕시 실란계 화합물은 글리시독시 프로필 트리메톡시 실란(glycidoxy propyl trimethoxy silane), 3,4-에폭시사이클로헥실 에틸트리메톡시 실란(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl ethyltrimethoxy silane), 글리시독시 프로필 다이에톡시 실란(glycidoxy propyl diethoxy silane) 및 글리시독시 프로필 트리에톡시 실란(glycidoxy propyl triethoxy silane)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 유-무기 실리카 입자 내 실리카의 함량은 50 ~ 80 중량%, 알콕시 실란계 화합물의 함량은 10 ~ 20 중량%, 개시제의 함량은 10 ~ 30 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 실리카 입자는 유기 용매에 분산된 콜로이드 실리카 졸인 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 개시제는 아조계 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 아조계 화합물은 아조비스 시아노 펜탄산(azobis cyano pentanoic acid), 2,2'-아조비스(2-메틸프로피온아미딘) 디하이드로클로라이드(2,2'-azobis(2-methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride) 및 2,2'-아조비스[N-(2-카르복시에틸)-2-메틸-프로피온아미딘] 테트라하이드레이트(2,2'-azobis[N-(2-carboxyethyl)-2-methyl-propionamidine] tetrahydrate)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 유-무기 실리카 입자의 입경 범위는 20nm ~ 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자.
- 1) 실리카 입자의 표면의 히드록시기(-OH)에 알콕시 실란계 화합물을 졸-겔(sol-gel) 반응시켜서 에폭시기를 도입하는 단계, 및2) 상기 1) 단계의 실리카 입자의 에폭시기에 개시제를 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 유-무기 실리카 입자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 1) 단계의 알콕시 실란계 화합물은 글리시독시 프로필 트리메톡시 실란(glycidoxy propyl trimethoxy silane), 3,4-에폭시사이클로헥실 에틸트리메톡시 실란(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl ethyltrimethoxy silane), 글리시독시 프로필 다이에톡시 실란(glycidoxy propyl diethoxy silane) 및 글리시독시 프로필 트리에톡시 실란(glycidoxy propyl triethoxy silane)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 2) 단계의 개시제는 아조계 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 2) 단계의 반응은 상기 1) 단계의 실리카 입자의 에폭시기와 개시제의 산(acid) 기와의 반응에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유-무기 실리카 입자의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항의 유-무기 실리카 입자를 포함하는 하드 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 하드 코팅 조성물은 아크릴레이트계 중합체, 다관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체, 이소시아네이트계 화합물, 개시제 및 용매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 아크릴레이트계 중합체는 아크릴로일 관능기가 도입된 아크릴레이트계 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨트리아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨테트라아크릴레이트 및 디펜타에리트리톨헥사아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트계 화합물은 MDI(methylene diisocyanate), HDI(hexamethylene diisocyanate) 및 IPDI(isophorone diisocyanate)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항의 유-무기 실리카 입자를 포함하는 하드 코팅 필름.
- 청구항 18에 있어서, 상기 하드 코팅 필름의 두께는 3 ~ 7㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코팅 필름.
- 청구항 18에 있어서, 상기 하드 코팅 필름은 인-몰드(in-mold) 데코레이션 필름용인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코팅 필름.
- 청구항 18의 하드 코팅 필름을 포함하는 성형품.
