Claims (5)
- 抄紙機用布を加工する方法において:
基材が恒久的に変化させられる様に少なくとも2つの平滑ロールに該基材を通過させる工程より成り、そこで前記平滑ロールは前記基材に隙間型又は負荷型平滑を適用するのであり、
基材の全幅を平滑にする場合は、前記平滑ロールは予め選択された隙間幅に設定されており、
基材の全幅より狭い幅を平滑にする場合は、前記平滑ロールは予め選択された隙間幅又は予め選択された負荷に設定されていることを特徴とする抄紙機用布を加工する方法。 - 抄紙機用布を加工する方法において:
少なくとも2つの平滑ロールに、予め選択された隙間幅又は予め選択された負荷のいずれかを選択して、設定する工程、
基材が恒久的に変化させられる様に前記少なくとも2つの平滑ロールに該基材を通過させる工程、それは、前記平滑ロールが、望ましい最終的な幅よりも狭い幅を有している前記基材に隙間型又は負荷型平滑を適用する工程であり;
及び、
望ましい長さ及び前記望ましい最終的な幅と少なくとも実質的に等しい幅を有する最終的な布になるように前記基材を螺旋状に配列する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする抄紙機用布を加工する方法。 - 前記基材は、布の浸透性を減少させるために、端部のみが前記平滑ロールによって平滑にされる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記平滑ロールは予め選択された負荷に設定されている、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記平滑ロールによって適用される負荷は0kN/mから500kN/mの間である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
