Claims (11)
- マシン方向(MD)及びクロスマシン方向(CMD)の紙側に面する上側糸と、MD及びCMDの2方向のマシン側に面する下側糸とを含み、少なくとも紙側糸の浮き糸及び交差部分が、温度及び圧力により再成形され、
前記温度が100℃〜190℃の範囲であること、
前記圧力が10kPa〜40kPaの範囲であること、
抄紙網の抄紙との総接触面積が、前記抄紙網の総表面積の40〜45%であること、
前記紙側糸の直径が0.09mm〜0.20mmであり、前記マシン側糸の直径が0.15mm〜0.30mmであって、
前記紙側糸の浮き糸及び交差部分が、再成形された結果、糸間の空洞寸法が再成形前の原寸より1%〜15%縮小していること、
を特徴とする、抄紙機の湿部に用いる単層又は多層の抄紙網。 - 糸がポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリオレフィンからなるグループから選択された少なくとも一つのポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抄紙網。
- 前記温度が150℃〜170℃の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の抄紙網。
- 紙側糸の直径が0.13mmであり、マシン側糸の直径が0.18mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の抄紙網。
- 浮き糸及び交差部分の幅が糸の残りの部分の直径より5%〜15%大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の抄紙網。
- 浮き糸及び交差部分の高さが糸の残りの部分の直径より10%〜30%小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の抄紙網。
- 浮き糸及び交差部分の高さが糸の残りの部分の直径より20%小さいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の抄紙網。
- 浮き糸及び交差部分が、網平面にほぼ平行に延びる平坦な長円部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の抄紙網。
- 糸の屈折部分の形状、浮き糸及び交差部分の幅、浮き糸及び交差部分の高さ、糸の長円度、抄紙網と抄紙の総接触面積、糸間の空洞寸法のうち一つ又はこれらの組合わせが、抄紙網幅方向の各点でそれぞれ異なることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の抄紙網。
- 直径が0.09mm〜0.20mmである紙側糸と、直径が0.15mm〜0.30mmであるマシン側糸を使用した網生地を、100℃〜190℃の範囲の温度及び10kPa〜40kPaの範囲の圧力とともに複数のローラにてカレンダー処理して、少なくとも抄紙網の紙側における糸の屈折部分を永久的に再成形し、
前記抄紙網の前記抄紙との総接触面積を、前記抄紙網の総表面積の40〜45%にしたこと、
糸の屈折部分が再成形された結果、糸間の空洞寸法を、前記屈折部分の再成形前の原寸より1%〜15%縮小させること、
前記複数のローラのうち少なくとも一つが、生地上に加えられる圧力を変更できるようにそれぞれが調節可能な複数の部材からなり、加工される抄紙網の幅方向の断面形状を任意に形成できるようにしたこと、
前記複数のローラのうち少なくとも一つが、加工中に抄紙網を所定の温度に熱するよう加熱可能であり、抄紙網に特定の外形を与えるために該温度がローラの長手方向に沿って可変であること、を特徴とする、抄紙機の湿部に用いる抄紙網の製造方法。 - 温度が150℃〜170℃の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の製造方法。
