Claims (4)
- 成形品の底部に周囲部よりも薄肉の上げ底部を形成し、
ブロー成形を行うと同時に底部の部位を外部から押さえることで、上げ底部の周囲に折り返し部及び周囲壁部を形成し、
前記周囲壁部を前記上げ底部に対して肉厚化にし、内部の減圧により上げ底部が内側に変位するようにし、
熱処理を行う第1ブロー成形により前記周囲壁部よりも薄肉の前記上げ底部を形成し、
最終型を用いた第2ブロー成形を行う際に前記折り返し部及び前記周囲壁部を含めた前記底部の部位を押さえて、前記周囲壁部を前記上げ底部に対して肉厚化にする
ことを特徴とする耐熱容器の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の耐熱容器の製造方法において、
前記上げ底部と前記周囲壁部の肉厚の割合である(上げ底部/周囲壁部)を0.85以下にした
ことを特徴とする耐熱容器の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の耐熱容器の製造方法において、
前記底部に対する加熱温度は、前記第1ブロー成形よりも前記第2ブロー成形の温度を同等か高くする
ことを特徴とする耐熱容器の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の耐熱容器の製造方法において、
第2ブロー成形を行うことで、前記上げ底部を、前記周囲壁部から前記折り返し部に連続して径方向内側に向けて延び外部側に傾斜する傾斜部と、傾斜部に連続して中央に配され内部側に凹状態にされる中央部とに成形し、
前記上げ底部の断面形状における前記周囲壁部と前記傾斜部とのなす角度が90度±15度の範囲にする
ことを特徴とする耐熱容器の製造方法。
