Claims (14)
- 周囲温度で液体であり、かつ所定の放射線作用後に永続的に固体化することが可能な、ベース材料(M)の複数の重畳された層(L)からなる三次元物体(W)を製造するための方法であって、以下に記載する操作、すなわち、
−前記液体ベース材料(M)の層(L1)を先行する層(L)上に広げる操作、
−1つ以上の所定の領域(K)において前記層(L1)を前記所定の放射線に選択的に曝露する操作、
−前記三次元物体(W)の各連続した層に対して前記広げる操作および前記曝露を繰り返す操作、
−前記ベース材料(M)を固体化するために、前記所定の放射線への曝露の前に前記周囲温度より下の所定の操作温度まで前記層(L)を冷却するための操作、を含み、
前記操作が、前記三次元物体(W)の第1層を広げる前に前記ベース材料(M)のベース層(L0)を広げるための操作を含み、前記ベース層(L0)が前記所定の放射線への曝露にさらされない、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記冷却操作が、前記層(L)の前記広げ操作および曝露の全体の持続期間の間持続する、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記層(L)のそれぞれの前記冷却が、前記先行する層(L)との接触によって自発的に起こる、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法であって、前記冷却操作が、ペルティエセル(10)を用いて実施される、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法であって、前記操作が、前記連続した層を広げる前に前記層(L)のそれぞれを平らにするための操作を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法であって、前記平らにするための操作が、前記所定の放射線への曝露の前に行われる、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記平らにするための操作が、材料の機械的な除去のためのツール(8)を通してなされる、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記ツール(8)が、カッター(8a)である、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法であって、前記ベース材料(M)を広げる操作が、所定の領域において選択的に行われる、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法であって、前記層(L)のそれぞれを広げる操作が、分配ノズル(6)を用いて行われる、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の方法であって、前記ベース材料(M)がフォトポリマーであり、および、前記曝露が所定の放射線を用いて達成される、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11記載の方法であって、前記所定の放射線が、レーザ発生器(9)を通して放射される、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の方法であって、前記操作が、前記所定の放射線への曝露がされなかったベース材料(M1)を除去するための操作を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項13に記載の方法であって、前記除去が、前記層(L)を前記周囲温度に曝露することによって達成される、ことを特徴とする方法。
