Claims (5)
- 冷凍サイクルを運転する圧縮機と、室内の空気と熱交換を行う室内熱交換機と、室外の空気と熱交換を行う室外熱交換器とを備え、前記圧縮機の駆動により冷凍サイクルの高温部を前記室内熱交換器として低温部を前記室外熱交換器とする暖房運転を行うとともに、前記暖房運転時と逆方向に冷媒を流通させて冷凍サイクルの高温部となる前記室外熱交換器を除霜する除霜運転を行う空気調和機において、前記室外熱交換器は冷媒管に多数のフィンを近接して固着するとともに前記フィン間を気流が通過して熱交換を行い、前記除霜運転時に前記フィンの気流通過方向の一端側を流下する除霜水を受けて他端側に導く導水部を前記室外熱交換器の下端に設け、
前記導水部が前記フィンの下面を含むコーナー部を折曲して形成されることを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記室外熱交換器は前記暖房運転時の気流通過方向の下流側に前記導水部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 冷凍サイクルを運転する圧縮機と、室内の空気と熱交換を行う室内熱交換機と、室外の空気と熱交換を行う室外熱交換器とを備え、前記圧縮機の駆動により冷凍サイクルの高温部を前記室内熱交換器として低温部を前記室外熱交換器とする暖房運転を行うとともに、前記暖房運転時と逆方向に冷媒を流通させて冷凍サイクルの高温部となる前記室外熱交換器を除霜する除霜運転を行う空気調和機において、前記室外熱交換器は冷媒管に多数のフィンを近接して固着するとともに前記フィン間を気流が通過して熱交換を行い、前記除霜運転時に前記フィンの気流通過方向の一端側を流下する除霜水を受けて他端側に導く導水部を前記室外熱交換器の下端に設け、
前記導水部が前記フィンの下端に接して前記フィンの並設方向に延びた断面L字状の板状部材から成り、前記導水部の上下方向に延びた部分が前記フィンの気流通過方向の下流側である前記一端側に沿って配されることを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記冷媒管を気流通過方向に複数列設けて千鳥状に配置し、気流通過方向の一端側に配した前記冷媒管の下端が他端側に配した前記冷媒管の下端よりも上方に配されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 前記暖房運転時に冷凍サイクルの高温部に配される冷媒管を前記室外熱交換器の下方に配したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
