Claims (5)
- 基板と、
前記基板に接続されるばね二重接点組立体と、を含む電池ホルダーであって、前記ばね二重接点組立体が、
前記電池ホルダーに配置された電池の正極端子を前記ばね二重接点組立体方向の前記正極端子と接触するように構成される正極接点と、
前記電池ホルダーに配置された電池の負極端子を前記ばね二重接点組立体方向の前記負極端子と接触するように構成される負極接点と、
前記正極接点及び前記負極接点に接続され、前記正極接点及び前記負極接点が相互に固定した関係を維持するように構成される絶縁体と、
前記負極接点、前記正極接点、及び前記絶縁体を前記基板と弾性的に変位可能な関係を維持する複数のカンチレバーワイヤーばねであって、それぞれが前記正極接点及び前記負極接点の1つをも形成するものと、を含み、
前記負極接点が、オフセットしたワイヤーの湾曲を介し、前記絶縁体上の機械的保持接合部と接合し、
前記絶縁体上の機械的保持接合部が、前記オフセットしたワイヤーの湾曲に隣接する前記負極接点上に伸びるように構成される1つ以上の突起を含み、
前記正極接点が、前記絶縁体の開口部を介し伸びている固定部を含んでいて、前記絶縁体上の機械的保持接合部内の固定機構とかみ合い、
更に、非ばね二重接点組立体を含んでいて、前記ばね二重接点組立体及び前記非ばね二重接点組立体のうち1つ以上が、長く角度のあるワイヤー部分を介して前記基板に接続されることを特徴とする電池ホルダー。 - 前記非ばね二重接点組立体が、正極のワイヤー接点及び負極のワイヤー接点を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池ホルダー。
- 基板と、
前記基板に接続される第1の非ばね二重接点組立体と、
前記基板に接続される第2の非ばね二重接点組立体と、を含む電池ホルダーであって、前記第1の非ばね二重接点組立体及び前記第2の非ばね二重接点組立体それぞれが、
電池の正極端子に接触するように構成される正極接点と、
電池の負極端子に接触するように構成される負極接点と、
前記正極接点及び前記負極接点に接続されていて、前記正極接点及び前記負極接点が相互に固定した位置関係を維持するように構成される絶縁体であって、1つ以上の開口部を含み、その中へ前記正極接点及び負極接点の固定部が伸びているものを含み、
前記第1及び第2の非ばね二重接点組立体のうちの1つ以上が、長く角度のあるワイヤー部分を介し前記基板に接続されることを特徴とする電池ホルダー。 - 前記第1の非ばね二重接点組立体及び前記第2の非ばね二重接点組立体のうち1つ以上が、ワイヤー接点を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の電池ホルダー。
- 前記第1の非ばね二重接点組立体及び前記第2の非ばね二重接点組立体のうち1つ以上が、打ち抜き金属接点を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の電池ホルダー。
