Claims (15)
- 外部金属と、
内部金属と、
前記内部金属と前記外部金属との間に配置されたエラストマー軸受筒とを備え、
前記内部金属は、
第1部材と、
前記内部金属を形成するために前記第1部材に隣接して配置された、前記第1部材とは別の第2部材とを備え、
前記第1部材は、第1中心部分と、前記第1中心部分の一端に配置された第1平坦部分と、前記第1中心部分の他端に配置された第2平坦部分とを含み、
前記第2部材は、第2中心部分と、前記第2中心部分の一端に配置された第3平坦部分と、前記第2中心部分の他端に配置された第4平坦部分とを含み、
少なくとも1つの前記平坦部分は、基礎部分と、当該少なくとも1つの平坦部分の厚さを増すために、前記基礎部分とつながるように折り畳まれたタブとを含むことを特徴とするエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。 - 前記第1および第2部材は、中空チャンバを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。
- 前記中空チャンバ内部は、エラストマー材料で満たされていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。
- 前記第1および第2中心部分は、樽型の中心部分を規定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。
- 前記樽型の中心部分は、中空チャンバを規定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。
- 各前記基礎部分と、各前記タブとの内部を通って孔が延伸していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。
- 各前記基礎部分は、ポケットを規定しており、
各前記タブは、前記ポケット内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。 - 各前記タブは、各前記中心部分の反対側に配置された各前記基礎部分の端から折り畳まれていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。
- 各前記タブは、各前記中心部分の直近に配置された各前記基礎部分の一側から折り畳まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。
- 前記第1部材は、前記第2部材に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。
- ねじり棒と、
前記ねじり棒の一端に取り付けられた請求項1に記載の第1エラストマー軸受筒組立部品とを備えていることを特徴とするねじり棒組立部品。 - 前記ねじり棒の他端に取り付けられた請求項1に記載の第2エラストマー軸受筒をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のねじり棒組立部品。
- トルク棒と、
前記トルク棒の一端に取り付けられた請求項1に記載の第1エラストマー軸受筒組立部品とを備えていることを特徴とするトルク棒組立部品。 - 前記トルク棒の他端に取り付けられた請求項1に記載の第2エラストマー軸受筒をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のトルク棒組立部品。
- 各前記平坦部分は、基礎部分と、当該平坦部分の厚さを増すために、前記基礎部分とつながるように折り畳まれたタブとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエラストマー軸受筒組立部品。
