Description
(1)図5(a)を図5(b)と共に参照されたい。図5(a)は従来の環状遠心送風機の流動場の分布を示す図である。図5(b)は本発明の一実施形態による遠心送風機の流動場の分布を示す図である。図5(a)と図5(b)に示すように、図5(a)に示した従来の環状遠心送風機及び図5(b)に示した本発明の遠心送風機の軸方向断面の速度分布の分析から分かるように、本発明の遠心送風機の流動場の分布において、高速な領域が中央に集中するため、本発明の遠心送風機は、吸込み側の流動場分離の現象を効果的に減少させ、気流がブレードを離れて発達流れを形成した後の流動場の混乱の過程を低減した。
(2)本発明は、先行技術に比べて、流体をブレードから均一に振り切る場合の方向に対する制御能力を有する。
(3)本発明は、先行技術に比べて、大通風量及び高風圧を有する。
(4)本発明は、先行技術に比べて、狭帯域騒音が改善され、高音質を有する。
Claims (7)
- 中心に軸心を有する空洞を含む筐体と、
前記空洞内の軸心に固定される駆動装置と、
前記駆動装置に接続されるハブと、前記ハブの周囲に環設され、それぞれ風上面及び風下面を有する複数の羽根と、前記各羽根の風上面に位置し、各軸心側から外側へ孤線となるように延出し、隣接する他の羽根の風下面に接続して、弧面を形成し、翼形断面を有する複数のフィンと、を含み、前記筐体の空洞内に設けられるファンブレードと、
を備える遠心送風機。 - 各フィンが各羽根に垂直となるように、前記軸心の軸方向における各羽根の中心に位置する請求項1に記載の遠心送風機。
- 前記翼形断面がNACA0012断面である請求項1又は2に記載の遠心送風機。
- 前記フィンの外縁と前記羽根の前記風下面との接触位置を接触点として、前記フィンの前記外縁の前記接触点における接線と、前記羽根の前記風下面の前記接触点における接線との間の夾角の範囲が85度〜90度である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の遠心送風機。
- 前記フィンの前記弧面と前記羽根の前記風下面との接触位置を接触点として、前記フィンの前記弧面の前記接触点における接線と、前記羽根の前記風下面の前記接触点における接線との間の夾角の範囲が76度〜89度である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の遠心送風機。
- 前記軸心から前記弧面が前記風下面と接触する位置までの直線距離が、前記ファンブレードの半径の0.85〜0.87倍である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の遠心送風機。
- 前記軸心から前記フィンの外縁が前記風下面と接触する位置までの直線距離が前記ファンブレードの半径の0.92〜0.94倍である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の遠心送風機。
