Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、センターデフ式の4WD車両において本発明の一実施形態である車両制御装置を適用した場合について説明する。
上記第1実施形態では、センターデフ式の4WD車両に対して本発明の一実施形態にかかる車両制御装置を適用した場合について説明したが、センタークラッチ式の4WD車両に対しても同様に本発明の一実施形態を適用することができる。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第1実施形態に対してリアLSDを備えた4WD車両としていることを変更したものであり、その他に関しては第1実施形態と同様であるため、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
上記実施形態では、本発明が適用されるシステム構成を有する車両の一例を挙げて説明したが、他の構成の車両についても本発明の車両制御装置を適用することができる。
Claims (5)
- 車両の駆動力を発生する駆動源(1)と、前記駆動源(1)の駆動力を複数の車輪(FR〜RL)に伝達する駆動機構(4、5、9、11)と、前記複数の車輪(FR〜RL)のうちの少なくとも一部の車輪(RR、RL)に対して駐車ブレーキ力を発生させる電動パーキングブレーキ(12、13)を有する制動機構と、前記複数の車輪(FR〜RL)の結合状態を制御する結合状態制御機構(6、7、10、10a)とを有する車両に適用され、
前記結合状態制御機構(6、7、10、10a)を制御して前記複数の車輪(FR〜RL)の結合状態を制御する締結状態制御手段(3)と、
前記電動パーキングブレーキ(12、13)が前記駐車ブレーキ力の解除を行えないロック固着状態であるか否かを判定するロック固着状態判定手段(200〜230、500〜530)とを有し、
前記締結状態制御手段(3)は、前記ロック固着状態判定手段(200〜230、500〜530)にて前記複数の車輪(FR〜RL)の少なくとも1つの車輪が前記ロック固着状態になったと判定されたときに、前記ロック固着状態と判定された車輪と前記ロック固着状態ではない車輪との結合状態を緩和もしくは解除する固着時特殊制御を実行する固着時特殊制御手段(340、640)を有していることを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 前記複数の車輪(FR〜RL)には、前輪(FR、FL)と後輪(RR、RL)が含まれ、
前記締結状態制御手段(3)は、前記前輪(FR、FL)に前記ロック固着状態の車輪が発生して前記後輪(RR、RL)に前記ロック固着状態の車輪が発生していないとき、または、前記前輪(FR、FL)に前記ロック固着状態の車輪が発生しておらず前記後輪(RR、RL)に前記ロック固着状態の車輪が発生しているときには、前記固着時特殊制御手段(340)にて、前記固着時特殊制御として、前記前輪(FR、FL)と前記後輪(RR、RL)との結合状態を緩和もしくは解除する前後拘束力減少制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記複数の車輪(FR〜RL)には、前輪(FR、FL)と後輪(RR、RL)が含まれ、前記前輪(FR、FL)を複数備えていると共に前記後輪(RR、RL)を複数備えており、
前記締結状態制御手段(3)は、前記前輪(FR、FL)に前記ロック固着状態の車輪と該ロック固着状態ではない車輪が発生したとき、または、前記後輪(RR、RL)に前記ロック固着状態の車輪と該ロック固着状態ではない車輪が発生したときには、前記固着時特殊制御手段(340)にて、前記固着時特殊制御として、前記前輪(FR、FL)間または前記後輪(RR、RL)間において、前記ロック固着状態の車輪と該ロック固着状態ではない車輪との結合状態を緩和もしくは解除する左右拘束力減少制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記駆動源(1)の発生する駆動力を制御する駆動源制御手段(15)を備え、
前記駆動源制御手段(15)は、前記ロック固着状態判定手段(200〜230、500〜530)にて前記複数の車輪(FR〜RL)の少なくとも1つの車輪が前記ロック固着状態になったと判定されたときに、前記駆動源(1)が発生する駆動力を制限する駆動力制限制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記駆動源制御手段(15)は、前記駆動力制限制御として、前記駆動源(1)の最大出力値を制限すること、もしくは、前記駆動源(1)の出力変化速度を制限することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両制御装置。
