Description
図1に示すように、電池は、電気的な芯部、外殻、カバー板2および安全ベントを含む。電気的な芯部は外殻内に収容され、カバー板1は外殻の端部表面上に配置される。カバー板1はガス開放穴7を備えて形成され、溶接溝はガス開放穴7の端部回りのカバー板1上に形成される。安全ベントは、電池のカバー板1上にある溶接溝中に溶接される。
図2に示すように、電池の安全ベントは、防爆押圧リング3、防爆フィルム4、安全ベントカバー5、および防爆ピン6を含む。
Claims (7)
- 電池のカバー板に固定する防爆フィルム;
前記防爆フィルムの上部を覆うとともに、圧力開放穴を備える安全ベントカバー;および、
前記安全ベントカバーの頂部に配置される防爆ピン;を備えるとともに、
前記防爆ピンは、自由端において球状をなし、前記防爆フィルムに向けられており、
前記防爆フィルムは円形をなし、
前記自由端と前記防爆フィルムの半径比は、1:7〜1:10である、
電池の安全ベント。 - さらに、
前記防爆フィルムが固定される前記電池のカバー板に固定する防爆ベースを含む、
請求項1に記載の電池の安全ベント。 - さらに、前記防爆フィルムの一端に押圧され、前記防爆フィルムで固定される防爆押圧リングを含む、
請求項1に記載の電池の安全ベント。 - 前記防爆ピンの自由端には、50−500メッシュの硬質粒子が分散されている、
請求項1に記載の電池の安全ベント。 - 前記防爆フィルムは、ステンレスフィルムである、
請求項1に記載の安全ベント。 - 前記安全ベントの頂部は挿入穴を備えて形成され、
前記防爆ピンは前記挿入穴中に固定される、
請求項1に記載の安全ベント。 - 電気的な芯部と、
前記電気的な芯部を収容する外殻と、
前記外殻の端部表面に配置され、ガス開放穴を備えて形成されるカバー板と、
前記カバー板上にあって、前記ガス開放穴の周囲に配置される電池の安全ベントと、を備え、
前記電池の安全ベントは、請求項1に記載された電池の安全ベントである、
