Description
工程(1):ルテニウム化合物が担体に担持されてなる固体を還元性ガスと接触させることにより、ルテニウム化合物を還元する工程、
工程(2):工程(1)で得られた固体を、水素ガスの雰囲気下で150℃以下に冷却した後、該雰囲気を窒素ガス雰囲気に置換する工程、
工程(3):工程(2)で得られた固体を酸化性溶液と混合することにより、該溶液にルテニウムを溶解する工程。
円柱状のチタニア/アルミナ混合担体に酸化ルテニウムを担持してなる固体(ルテニウム3.2重量%含有)を150μm以下に粉砕し、電気マッフル炉にて空気中、表1に示す温度で1時間保持して空気焼成した後、放冷し、取り出した。この焼成済みの固体を管状容器にて水素ガス気流中、表1に示す温度で1時間保持して還元処理した後、水素ガス雰囲気下で放冷し、次いで窒素ガスにて水素ガスを置換した後、表1に示す温度で取り出した。この還元済みの固体10gに、有効塩素濃度12.5重量%の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水溶液26.7mlと25重量%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液3.3mlの混合溶液30mlを加え、撹拌しながら70℃で1時間保持した。冷却後、濾過し、濾液の混合溶液中のルテニウム溶解量を誘導結合高周波プラズマ(ICP)分光分析で、濾残のチタニア/アルミナ混合担体におけるルテニウム残存量を蛍光X線分析で、それぞれ測定し、両者の合計量に対する上記混合溶液中のルテニウム含有量の割合を、ルテニウム回収率として算出し、結果を表1に示した。
Claims (5)
- 下記の工程(1)〜(3)を有することを特徴とするルテニウムの回収方法。
工程(1):ルテニウム化合物が担体に担持されてなる固体を還元性ガスと接触させることにより、ルテニウム化合物を還元する工程、
工程(2):工程(1)で得られた固体を、水素ガスの雰囲気下で150℃以下に冷却した後、該雰囲気を窒素ガス雰囲気に置換する工程、
工程(3):工程(2)で得られた固体を酸化性溶液と混合することにより、該溶液にルテニウムを溶解する工程。 - 工程(1)に付される前記固体における担体がチタニアを含むものである請求項1に記載の方法
- 工程(1)で使用される還元性ガスが水素を含むものである請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程(1)における還元温度が250〜700℃である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程(3)で使用される酸化性溶液が次亜塩素酸、亜塩素酸、塩素酸、過塩素酸及びこれら塩素酸類のアルカリ金属塩から選ばれる化合物を含むものである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
