Description
本願の開示において,補聴器は,聴覚障害者によって人の耳の後ろまたは耳の中に装着されるように設計される,小さい,電池駆動の小型電子機器として理解される。補聴器は一または複数のマイクロフォン,電池,信号処理装置を含む小型電子回路,および音響出力トランスデューサを備えている。上記信号処理装置は好ましくはデジタル信号処理装置である。上記補聴器は人の耳の後ろまたは耳の中にフィットするのに適するケーシング内に収められる。補聴器はユーザが聴覚欠損を被っている可聴周波数範囲における周波数(複数)の音を増幅することによって聴覚損失を緩和する。
Claims (13)
- 電源,マイクロフォン,レシーバ,信号処理装置,および外部装置からの無線によるコマンドを受信するRF受信機を備え,上記処理装置が動作の少なくとも2つのモードに適合されており,第1のモードがスタンバイ・モードでありかつ第2のモードが動作モードであり,上記処理装置が上記RF受信機によって受信されるメッセージに応答して上記第2のモードから上記第1のモードに切り替わるように構成されており,上記処理装置が所定時間間隔のメッセージの不存在に応答して上記第1のモードから上記第2のモードに切り替わるように構成されている,
補聴器。 - 第1の時間間隔の間上記RF受信機を稼働し,かつ第2の時間間隔の間上記RF受信機を停止するスケジューラを備えている,請求項1に記載の補聴器。
- 上記スケジューラは所定の稼働および停止サイクルを有している,請求項2に記載の補聴器。
- 上記第1の時間間隔は上記第2の時間間隔よりも短い,請求項2に記載の補聴器。
- 上記第1のモードから上記第2のモードへの,および上記第2のモードから上記第1のモードへの上記切り換えを制御する電源管理システムを備えている,請求項4に記載の補聴器。
- 一方のモードから他方のモードに移行したときに,上記外部装置へ確認メッセージを送信するRF送信機を備えている,請求項5に記載の補聴器。
- 上記補聴器のモードを視覚的に示す手段を備えている,請求項6に記載の補聴器。
- 外部機器によって補聴器の動作モードを制御する方法であって,上記補聴器によって受信されるメッセージに応答して通常動作のモードからスタンバイ・モードに切り換え,かつ所定時間間隔のメッセージの不存在に応答して上記スタンバイ・モードから上記通常動作のモードに切り換えるように上記補聴器を適合する,
方法。 - 上記外部機器から上記補聴器に近距離コマンドを連続して送信する,請求項8に記載の方法。
- 上記補聴器によって特定される所定の周期的な時間フレームにおいて,上記スタンバイ・モードから上記通常動作のモードに上記補聴器のモードを切り換え可能である,請求項9に記載の方法。
- 上記外部機器から送信されるコマンドの頻度が,上記補聴器がスタンバイ・モードから通常動作のモードに切換わる起動サイクルと少なくとも同じ頻度である,請求項10に記載の方法。
- リクエストに応じて,上記外部機器内の出力増幅手段を用いて上記補聴器へ送信される上記コマンドの範囲を増大する,請求項9に記載の方法。
- 上記補聴器または上記外部機器に上記補聴器の動作モードを視覚的に示す,請求項10に記載の方法。
