Claims (8)
- 基板上に金属を含むアラインキーを形成する段階と、
前記アラインキーと重畳するように遮光膜をコーティングする段階と、
前記アラインキー上の前記遮光膜に赤外線を透過する段階と、
前記アラインキーと前記遮光膜に前記赤外線の透過によって前記アラインキーを認識する段階と、
前記遮光膜を露光及び現像して遮光部材を形成する段階と、
を含み、
前記遮光膜は、赤外線透過率が60%以上であり、光学密度が3.0以上であり、
前記赤外線の波長は1500nm以上である、
む液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記遮光膜は、カーボンブラックの含有量が7重量%以下である、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記遮光膜は有機ブラック物質で形成する、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 基板上に金属を含むアラインキーを形成する段階と、
前記アラインキーと重畳するように基板上にカーボンブラックの含有量が7重量%以下であり、赤外線を透過する遮光膜を形成する段階を含み、
前記遮光膜は、赤外線透過率が60%以上であり、光学密度が3.0以上であり、
前記赤外線の波長は1500nm以上である、
む液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 基板と、
基板上に形成され金属を含むアラインキーと、
遮光部材とを含み、
前記遮光部材は、赤外線の透過率が60%以上であり、光学密度が3.0以上であり、
前記赤外線の波長は1500nm以上である液晶表示装置。 - 前記遮光部材は、カーボンブラックの含有量が7重量%以下である、請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記遮光部材は有機ブラック物質からなる、請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記遮光部材はペリレンブラックまたはアニリンブラックからなる、請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置。
