- 基板と、
前記基板上に配置される後面電極層と、
前記後面電極層上に配置され、VI族系元素を含む薄膜層と、
前記薄膜層上に配置される光吸収層と、
前記光吸収層上に配置される前面電極層と、
前記後面電極層及び前記薄膜層の間に介在される合金層と、を含む太陽光発電装置。 - 前記後面電極層には多数個の貫通ホールが形成され、
前記薄膜層は、貫通ホールの内側に配置される請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記薄膜層は、セレンを含む請求項1または2に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記合金層は、モリブデンセレナイドを含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記薄膜層の厚さは、約10nm乃至100nmである請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽光発電装置。
