Description
Claims (4)
- 粒子を含有する原水を受容する入口部と、
原水を凝集剤及びアルカリ性物質と混合するミキサと、
ミキサの出力を受容し、原水内の粒子の凝集を促進させるシードとしての熟成フロックの注入を受容する緩衝液タンクと、
緩衝液タンクの内容物を排水と、少なくとも分離カットオフサイズを有する熟成フロックを含む凝集粒子を有する廃液とに分離するスパイラル分離機と、
スパイラル分離機によって分離された排水を濾過機構に送る第1経路と、スパイラル分離機によって分離された熟成フロックを含む凝集粒子を有する廃液を緩衝液タンクにフィードバックする第2経路とを有する出口部と、
を備えることを特徴とする水処理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の水処理システムにおいて、ミキサがスパイラルミキサであることを特徴とする水処理システム。
- 粒子を含有する原水を受容するステップと、
アルカリ成分を添加して原水のpHを調整するステップと、
原水に凝集剤を混合するステップと、
原水と凝集剤との混合物に、原水内の粒子の凝集を促進するシードとしての熟成フロックを注入する熟成フロック注入ステップと、
原水を排水と、分離カットオフサイズを有する熟成フロックを含む凝集粒子を有する廃液とに分離する分離ステップと、
を含み、
熟成フロック注入ステップは、分離ステップで分離された熟成フロックを含む凝集粒子を有する廃液を原水と凝集剤との混合物に注入することを特徴とする水処理方法。 - 請求項3に記載の水処理方法において、分離がスパイラル式分離であることを特徴とする水処理方法。
