Description
本発明の方法で組み立てられる筐体部品は、好ましい場合において、特にボタン電池を製造する本発明の方法では、セルカップおよびセルリッドである。
上記に示した通り、ポリマーフィルムは、例えば、無機・有機コポリマー、特にオルモーサー(ormocer)、または有機ポリマー、特にパリレンを含む。電気化学セル、特にボタン電池のシーリング材料として、無機・有機ハイブリッドポリマー、特にオルモーサー、およびパリレンの使用も、同様に本発明に包含される。本発明の方法の記載において化合物のこれらの分類に関して述べたことは、現時点で、参照することにより本書に組み込まれる。
Claims (15)
- ボタン電池の製造方法であって、
電池筐体が、セルカップおよびセルリッドから組み立てられ、
セルカップおよびセルリッドはそれぞれ底と前記底に接続する円筒壁とを有し、
硬化された状態で電気的絶縁特性を有する少なくとも一つの反応性ポリマー前駆物質が、セルカップおよび/またはセルリッドに適用され、硬化されて、筐体をシールしてセルカップとセルリッドとを互いに絶縁する10μm〜100μmの平均の厚さのポリマーフィルムを生成し、かつ、少なくとも一つのポリマー前駆物質が、組み立てられた筐体において、セルカップとセルリッドとの接触領域で、セルカップとセルリッドとの間の層であってセルカップおよびセルリッドのそれぞれの表面に化学結合している層として配置されるように、セルカップおよび/またはセルリッドに適用される製造方法。 - 少なくとも一つのポリマー前駆物質が、硬化された状態において、疎水性を有するように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つのポリマー前駆物質が、硬化された状態において、炭酸塩に基づく、水溶性アルカリ電解質および/または有機電解質に対して、化学的に不活性であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つのポリマー前駆物質が、熱および/または照射によって硬化できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ポリマー前駆物質として、有機ポリマーの前駆物質が適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ポリマー前駆物質として、パリレン前駆物質が適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法
- ポリマー前駆物質として、無機・有機コポリマーの前駆物質が適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ポリマー前駆物質として、オルモーサー(ormocer)前駆物質が適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つのポリマー前駆物質が、筐体の組み立て後に硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 電池筐体が、金属部品から組み立てられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つのポリマー前駆物質が、セルカップおよび/またはセルリッドの末端領域を覆うように、セルカップおよび/またはセルリッドに適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- セルカップおよびセルリッドを含むボタン電池において、
セルカップおよびセルリッドはそれぞれ底と前記底に接続する円筒壁とを有し、
セルカップおよびセルリッドが、10μm〜100μmの平均の厚さの電気的非導電性ポリマーフィルムによりシールされており、前記ポリマーフィルムが、セルカップとセルリッドとの接触領域でセルカップとセルリッドとの間に配置され、セルカップとセルリッドとを電気的に互いに絶縁し、かつ、セルカップおよびセルリッドのそれぞれの表面に化学結合しているボタン電池。 - ポリマーフィルムが30μm〜50μmの平均の厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のボタン電池。
- 筐体部品が、ポリマーフィルムで覆われる末端領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載のボタン電池。
- ポリマーフィルムが、有機ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項12〜14のいずれかに記載のボタン電池。
