Claims (6)
- 排気ガス中のPMを浄化する第1のフィルタユニットと第2のフィルタユニットと、これらのユニットの浄化能力を回復する制御を行う排気ガス浄化制御装置とを備えた排気ガス浄化装置において、
該排気ガス浄化装置を二重筒状に形成した二重筒状部の内周壁の外周部に前記第1のフィルタユニットを配設し、
前記二重筒状部よりも下流側に前記第2のフィルタユニットを配設し、
前記二重筒状部の内周壁の内周部の出口に、排気ガスに旋回流を発生する旋回流発生手段を設け、該旋回流発生手段に前記内周部を通った排気ガスが供給されるように構成し、
前記旋回流発生手段により旋回流を付与された排気ガスの流れの外周側の流れを粗い粒子捕集用の前記第1のフィルタユニットに導くと共に、前記旋回流を付与された排気ガスの流れの内周側の流れを細かい粒子捕集用の前記第2のフィルタユニットに導くように構成したことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 排気ガス中のNOxを浄化するNOx浄化触媒ユニットと、排気ガス中のPMを浄化する第1のフィルタユニットと第2のフィルタユニットと、これらのユニットの浄化能力を回復する制御を行う排気ガス浄化制御装置とを備えた排気ガス浄化装置において、
該排気ガス浄化装置を二重筒状に形成して、内周部に前記NOx浄化触媒ユニットを配置し、外周部に粗い粒子捕集用の前記第1のフィルタユニットを配置すると共に、前記NOx浄化触媒ユニットの下流側に、細かい粒子捕集用の前記第2のフィルタユニットを配置し、
更に、前記NOx浄化触媒ユニットと前記第2のフィルタユニットとの間に、排気ガスに旋回流を発生する旋回流発生手段を設け、
該旋回流発生手段により旋回流を付与された排気ガスの流れの外周側の流れを前記第1のフィルタユニットに導くと共に、前記旋回流を付与された内周側の流れを前記第2のフィルタユニットに導くように構成したことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記排気ガス浄化制御装置が、前記第1のフィルタユニットのPM強制再生制御の後に、前記NOx浄化触媒ユニットの脱硫制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項2記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 排気ガス中のPMを浄化する第1のフィルタユニットと第2のフィルタユニットとを備えた排気ガス浄化装置の排気ガス浄化方法において、
該排気ガス浄化装置を二重筒状に形成した二重筒状部の内周壁の外周部に前記第1のフィルタユニットを配設し、
前記二重筒状部の内周壁の内周部の出口に、排気ガスに旋回流を発生する旋回流発生手段を設け、該旋回流発生手段に前記内周部を通った排気ガスが供給されるように構成し、
旋回流を付与された排気ガスの流れの外周側の流れを粗い粒子捕集用の前記第1のフィルタユニットに導くと共に、前記旋回流を付与された排気ガスの流れの内周側の流れを前記二重筒状部の下流に配設した細かい粒子捕集用の前記第2のフィルタユニットに導くことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化方法。 - 排気ガス中のNOxを浄化するNOx浄化触媒ユニットと、排気ガス中のPMを浄化する第1のフィルタユニットと第2のフィルタユニットを備えた排気ガス浄化装置の排気ガス浄化方法において、
二重筒状に形成された前記排気ガス浄化装置の内周部に配置された前記NOx浄化触媒ユニットから流出する排気ガスに旋回流を付与して、この旋回流を付与された排気ガスの流れの外周側の流れを、前記NOx浄化触媒ユニットの外周部に配置した粗い粒子捕集用の前記第1のフィルタユニットに導くと共に、前記旋回流を付与された排気ガスの流れの内周側の流れを、前記NOx浄化触媒ユニットの下流側に配置した細かい粒子捕集用の前記第2のフィルタユニットに導くことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化方法。 - 前記第1のフィルタユニットのPM強制再生制御の後に、前記NOx浄化触媒ユニットの脱硫制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項5記載の排気ガス浄化方法。
