Abstract

一种排气后处理装置,其包括壳体、混合管以及后处理载体。所述壳体设有第一端盖、第二端盖以及环形侧壁。所述壳体设有排气入口以及排气出口。所述壳体还设有第一挡板以及第二挡板,以将所述壳体隔成第一空间、第二空间以及第三空间。所述第二挡板设有供所述混合管穿过的开孔以及连通所述第二空间与所述第三空间的若干连通孔。所述混合管设有若干旋流片,所述旋流片位于所述第二挡板的两侧。所述后处理载体的一端与所述第一腔体连通,所述后处理载体的另一端与所述排气出口连通。所述排气入口正对所述混合管。如此设置,提高了气流混合的均匀性,降低了尿素结晶的风险。

Description

排气后处理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种排气后处理装置,属于发动机排气后处理技术领域。
背景技术
研究表明排气后处理系统(例如选择性催化还原系统,SCR系统)管路中氨分布的均匀程度对系统的整体性能和耐久性能有重要的影响。如果氨分布不均匀会导致局部区域氨过多从而易造成氨泄漏,而在另一些氨稀薄区域造成氮氧化合物(NOx)转化效率过低。长时间氨的不均匀分布会导致催化剂老化不均匀,从而影响催化剂的整体性能。另外,尿素液滴的不均匀分布会造成局部管壁或混合结构温度过低,形成结晶,严重时会堵塞排气管、导致发动机动力性能下降。
因此,有必要提供一种新型的排气后处理装置,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混合均匀且尿素结晶风险较低的排气后处理装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种排气后处理装置,其包括壳体、安装于所述壳体内混合管以及位于所述壳体内的后处理载体,所述壳体设有第一端盖、第二端盖以及环形侧壁,所述壳体设有位于所述环形侧壁上的排气入口以及位于所述第二端盖上的排气出口,所述壳体还设有第一挡板以及第二挡板以将所述壳体隔成位于所述第一端盖与所述第一挡板之间的第一空间、位于所述第一挡板与所述第二挡板之间的第二空间以及位于所述第二挡板与所述第二端盖之间的第三空间,所述混合管架设在所述第一挡板、第二挡板以及第二端盖上,所述第一挡板是无孔挡板以将所述第一空间与所述第二空间隔断,所述第二挡板设有供所述混合管穿过的开孔以及连通所述第二空间与所述第三空间的若干连通孔,所述混合管设有若干旋流片,所述旋流片位于所述第二挡板的两侧;所述后处理载体的一端与所述第一腔体连通,所述后处理载体的另一端与所述排气出口连通;所述排气入口正对所述混合管。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述环形侧壁呈长方体,所述排气入口位于该长方体的一个棱角处。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述开孔的尺寸大于所述混合管的尺寸以便于排气自所述第二空间进入所述第三空间,再通过位于所述第三空间内的旋流片进入所述混合管。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述混合管呈圆筒状,所述开孔呈矩形。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第二端盖上设有喷嘴安装座用以安装向所述混合管内喷射尿素液滴的尿素喷嘴。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第一端盖的内侧设有与所述混合管相对齐且用以迫使气流反向的导流罩。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述导流罩设有圆弧状的内表面。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述后处理载体包括选择性催化还原剂。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过设置旋流片提高了排气与尿素液滴的混合均匀性。另外,通过使排气入口正对混合管,能够利用排气温度对混合管进行加热,降低了尿素结晶的风险。

具体实施方式
请参图1至图5所示,本发明揭示了一种排气后处理装置100,用于处理发动机的排气。所述排气后处理装置100包括壳体1、安装于所述壳体1内混合管2以及位于所述壳体1内的后处理载体3。
所述壳体1设有第一端盖11、第二端盖12以及环形侧壁13。所述壳体1设有位于所述环形侧壁13上的排气入口14以及位于所述第二端盖12上的排气出口15。所述壳体还设有第一挡板16以及第二挡板17,以将所述壳体1隔成位于所述第一端盖11与所述第一挡板16之间的第一空间110、位于所述第一挡板16与所述第二挡板17之间的第二空间120以及位于所述第二挡板17与所述第二端盖12之间的第三空间130。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述环形侧壁13呈长方体,所述排气入口14位于该长方体的一个棱角处。所述排气入口14正对所述混合管2,从而能够利用排气温度对混合管2进行加热,降低尿素结晶的风险。
所述第一端盖11的内侧设有与所述混合管2相对齐且用以迫使气流反向的导流罩111。所述导流罩111设有圆弧状的内表面112。
所述第二端盖12上设有喷嘴安装座121用以安装向所述混合管2内喷射尿素液滴的尿素喷嘴(未图示)。
所述混合管2架设在所述第一挡板16、第二挡板17以及第二端盖12上。所述第一挡板16是无孔挡板以将所述第一空间110与所述第二空间120隔断。所述第二挡板17设有供所述混合管2穿过的开孔171以及连通所述第二空间120与所述第三空间130的若干连通孔172。所述混合管2设有若干旋流片21,所述旋流片21位于所述第二挡板17的两侧,从而扩大排气进入的面积。所述混合管2呈圆筒状,所述开孔171呈矩形。所述开孔171的尺寸大于所述混合管2的尺寸以便于排气自所述第二空间120进入所述第三空间130,再通过位于所述第三空间130内的旋流片21进入所述混合管2。
所述后处理载体3包括选择性催化还原剂。所述后处理载体3的一端与所述第一腔体110连通,所述后处理载体3的另一端与所述排气出口15连通。
当发动机的排气自排气入口14进入第二空间120时,一部分排气直接通过位于第二空间120内的旋流片21进入混合管2,另一部分排气穿过第二挡板17并自位于第三空间130内的旋流片21进入混合管2;当满足喷射条件时,尿素喷嘴向混合管21中喷射尿素,雾化的尿素液滴与发动机的排气一起混合并向下游旋转;导流罩111能够在一定程度上迫使气流反向流动;随后,排气与尿素液滴的混合气流自第一空间110进入后处理载体3,并最终自排气出口15离开。

1.一种排气后处理装置,其包括壳体、安装于所述壳体内混合管以及位于所述壳体内的后处理载体,所述壳体设有第一端盖、第二端盖以及环形侧壁,所述壳体设有位于所述环形侧壁上的排气入口以及位于所述第二端盖上的排气出口,所述壳体还设有第一挡板以及第二挡板以将所述壳体隔成位于所述第一端盖与所述第一挡板之间的第一空间、位于所述第一挡板与所述第二挡板之间的第二空间以及位于所述第二挡板与所述第二端盖之间的第三空间,其特征在于:所述混合管架设在所述第一挡板、第二挡板以及第二端盖上,所述第一挡板是无孔挡板以将所述第一空间与所述第二空间隔断,所述第二挡板设有供所述混合管穿过的开孔以及连通所述第二空间与所述第三空间的若干连通孔,所述混合管设有若干旋流片,所述旋流片位于所述第二挡板的两侧;所述后处理载体的一端与所述第一腔体连通,所述后处理载体的另一端与所述排气出口连通;所述排气入口正对所述混合管。
2.如权利要求1所述的排气后处理装置,其特征在于:所述环形侧壁呈长方体,所述排气入口位于该长方体的一个棱角处。
3.如权利要求1所述的排气后处理装置,其特征在于:所述开孔的尺寸大于所述混合管的尺寸以便于排气自所述第二空间进入所述第三空间,再通过位于所述第三空间内的旋流片进入所述混合管。
4.如权利要求3所述的排气后处理装置,其特征在于:所述混合管呈圆筒状,所述开孔呈矩形。
5.如权利要求1所述的排气后处理装置,其特征在于:所述第二端盖上设有喷嘴安装座用以安装向所述混合管内喷射尿素液滴的尿素喷嘴。
6.如权利要求1所述的排气后处理装置,其特征在于:所述第一端盖的内侧设有与所述混合管相对齐且用以迫使气流反向的导流罩。
7.如权利要求6所述的排气后处理装置,其特征在于:所述导流罩设有圆弧状的内表面。
8.如权利要求1所述的排气后处理装置,其特征在于:所述后处理载体包括选择性催化还原剂。
