Description
Claims (16)
- 座標位置決めマシンと共に使用する測定プローブのための保管装置であって、
測定プローブのための少なくとも一のレセプタクルと、
測定プローブが前記レセプタクルに配置された時に、測定プローブの少なくとも一のプローブコネクタとの電気的接続のための少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタとを備え、
前記少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタは、測定プローブが前記レセプタクルに配置された時に、当該レセプタクルコネクタが測定プローブの前記プローブコネクタから切り離されるように、移動可能に構成されている、保管装置。 - 前記少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタを移動させるように、前記座標位置決めマシンにより動作可能な移動部材を備える、請求項1に記載の保管装置。
- 前記移動部材は、前記少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタを保持するアームを備える請求項2に記載の保管装置。
- 前記アームの少なくとも一部は、前記座標位置決めマシンによる操作のために、保管ユニットから延在している、請求項3に記載の保管装置。
- 前記アームは、測定プローブが前記レセプタクルに配置された時に、前記アームが前記座標位置決めマシンに設置するための測定プローブの面の少なくとも一部を越えて延在するように、前記レセプタクルを横切って延在するように構成される、請求項3又は4に記載の保管装置。
- 前記少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタは、少なくとも一のアームに対して少なくとも一の電気コネクタが移動できるように、フレキシブルなマウントを介して前記アームに設置される請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載の保管装置。
- 前記少なくとも一のアームは、前記レセプタクルに配置された測定プローブに対して付勢されるように構成される、請求項3ないし6のいずれかに記載の保管装置
- 前記少なくとも一のアームは、前記レセプタクルに配置された測定プローブを引き付ける少なくとも一の磁石を有する、請求項7に記載の保管装置。
- 前記少なくとも一のアームは、前記レセプタクルに配置された測定プローブの対応する構造と協働するための少なくとも一の位置決め構造を備える請求項3ないし8のいずれかに記載の保管装置。
- 前記少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタは、前記レセプタクルに受け入れられた測定プローブ内の電気構成部品に電力を供給するためのものである、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の保管装置。
- 少なくとも2つのレセプタクルを備え、その少なくとも2つは、少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタであって、前記レセプタクルに配置された測定プローブの前記プローブコネクタから当該レセプタクルコネクタ切り離すように移動可能な少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタを有する、請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の保管装置。
- 前記少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタは、測定プローブが座標位置決めマシンに取り付けられたときに、該座標位置決めマシンの対応するコネクタと接続を行うための前記測定プローブの少なくとも一のマシンコネクタと電気的接続を行うためのものである請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の保管装置。
- 測定プローブおよび少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタのためのレセプタクルを有する保管装置と、
座標位置決めマシンに設置された時に、座標位置決めマシンの対応するコネクタへの電気的接続のための少なくとも一のマシンコネクタを提供する接触面を有し、座標位置決めマシンで使用するための測定プローブと、を備え、
前記保管装置は、前記測定プローブが前記レセプタクルに配置される時に、少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタが、前記測定プローブの接触面の電気的コネクタと電気的に接続するように構成される、キット。 - 前記少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタは、接触面の少なくとも一のマシンコネクタと電気的に接続する、請求項13に記載のキット。
- 座標位置決めマシンに設置された測定プローブを保管装置内に保管する方法であって、
前記測定プローブは、前記測定プローブの接触面に設けられた少なくとも一のマシンコネクタを介して前記座標位置決めマシンと電気的に接続される電気構成部品を備え、
前記保管装置は、少なくとも一のレセプタクルおよび少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタを備え、
前記測定プローブを前記レセプタクルに配置すること、および、
前記測定プローブの接触面の電気コネクタを介して前記測定プローブの前記電気構成部品と前記少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタを電気的に接続すること、
を含む方法。 - 前記少なくとも一のレセプタクルコネクタを前記測定プローブのマシンコネクタを介して前記測定プローブの前記電気構成部品と電気的に接続すること、を備える請求項15に記載の方法。
