Claims (21)
- たて糸のチェーン(3)及び/又は織物をインディゴで連続的に染色する染色装置(100)であって、
染浴を収容するのに適した第1の密封された染色区画室(1)と、
糸のチェーン(3)に強い圧力を及ぼすことが可能な少なくとも1つの絞り要素(11)と、
糸(3)の第2の密封された定着/脱水区画室(2)と、を有し、
前記第1の染色区画室(1)及び前記第2の定着/脱水区画室(2)は、不活性環境を有し、機能的に且つ密封式に互いに結合され、
更に、前記第1の染色区画室(1)及び前記第2の定着/脱水区画室(2)内に設けられた、窒素及び/又は脱酸素空気を前記第1の染色区画室(1)及び前記第2の定着/脱水区画室(2)の内側に導入するための手段(4)を有し、
前記第2の定着/脱水区画室(2)は、糸(3)を直接加熱し及び/又は脱水させるための少なくとも1つの手段(5)を有し、
糸(3)の前記加熱及び/又は脱水手段(5)は、複数の加熱可能なシリンダ(5)を有し、糸(3)は、前記複数の加熱可能なシリンダの上を通り、糸(3)内の染料の拡散及び定着を促進させ、糸(3)を脱水させ、次の糸処理工程における染料の吸収を促進させ、
最後の2つの前記複数のシリンダは冷却される、染色装置。 - 更に,糸(3)を直接加熱し且つ/又は脱水させる第2の手段を前記絞り要素(11)の下流側に有し、糸(3)を直接加熱し且つ/又は脱水させる前記第2の手段は、糸(3)を直接照射によって加熱するのに適した少なくとも1つの赤外線供給源を有する、請求項1に記載の染色装置。
- 更に,糸(3)を直接加熱し且つ/又は脱水させる第2の手段を前記絞り要素(11)の下流側に有し、糸(3)を直接加熱し且つ/又は脱水させる前記第2の手段は、糸(3)を直接加熱するのに適した少なくとも1つのマイクロ波又は無線周波数の供給源を前記絞り要素(11)の下流側に有する、請求項1に記載の染色装置。
- 更に,糸(3)を間接的に加熱し且つ/又は脱水させる手段を前記絞り要素(11)の下流側に有し、糸(3)を間接的に加熱し且つ/又は脱水させる前記手段は、糸(3)を対流によって加熱するのに適した暖かい流体の少なくとも1つの流れのための少なくとも1つの供給源を有する、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 窒素及び/又は脱酸素空気を前記第1の染色区画室(1)及び前記第2の定着/脱水区画室(2)の内側に導入するための前記手段(4)は、圧力下にある脱酸素空気又は窒素の供給源に接続された少なくとも1つの入口ノズル(8)を有する、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 更に、前記染色区画室(1)及び前記定着/脱水区画室(2)から空気を追い出すための手段(6、7)を有し、前記空気を追い出すための手段は、少なくとも1つの排出弁(9、10)を有する、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 前記定着/脱水区画室(2)は、少なくとも1つの間接的な加熱手段(12)を有する、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 前記間接的な加熱手段(12)は、傾斜した縁部を備えたタイル(13)と、暖かい流体が循環するコイル(14)とを有する、請求項7に記載の染色装置。
- 不活性環境の前記定着/脱水区画室(2)は、前記直接加熱手段(5)の上を通る糸(3)から蒸発した水を凝縮させる壁冷却手段(17)を側壁及び底部に有する、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 前記定着/脱水区画室(2)は、少なくとも1つの凝縮物収集箇所(22)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの凝集物収集箇所は、特別な制御手段(24)によって駆動される少なくとも1つの排出弁(23)を有する、請求項9に記載の染色装置。
- 前記不活性環境の定着/脱水区画室(2)は、前記不活性環境の定着/脱水区画室(2)から蒸気と混合された窒素を吸引するのに適した少なくとも1つの吸引手段(102)と、水蒸気を凝縮させて脱水させた窒素を不活性環境の前記定着/脱水区画室(2)に戻すのに適した少なくとも1つの熱交換器(104)とを有する、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 前記染色区画室(1)は、前記染色区画室に収容された染浴を間接的に且つ非接触で加熱又は冷却するための少なくとも1つの装置(30)を底部に有する、請求項1に記載の染色装置。
- 染浴を加熱又は冷却するための前記少なくとも1つの装置(30)は、前記染色区画室(1)の底部に近接した内部空間を形成し、加熱又は冷却流体が循環する少なくとも1つのコイル(31)を有する、請求項12に記載の染色装置。
- 密封された前記染色区画室(1)は、少なくとも1つのタンク(26)と、少なくとも1つのフード(27)とを有し、前記少なくとも1つのフードは、清掃及び保守の介入のために前記少なくとも1つのタンク(26)に対して上昇可能であり、且つ、前記タンク(26)の上に密封式に再閉鎖可能である、請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 密封された前記染色区画室(1)は、気密シール手段(28)を有する、請求項14に記載の染色装置。
- 前記染色区画室(1)は、糸(3)を絞るのに適した少なくとも1つの中間絞り群(33)を有する、請求項1〜15の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 前記染色区画室(1)と前記定着/脱水区画室(2)との間に、糸(3)のための一連の案内ロール(36,37)を有する、請求項1〜16の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 前記染色区画室(1)は、少なくとも1つの入口(34a,34b)と、オーバーフロータイプの少なくとも1つの出口(35a,35b)とを有する、請求項1〜17の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 前記染色区画室(1)は、異なる浴レベルで作動可能である、請求項1〜18の何れか1項に記載の染色装置。
- 請求項1に記載の染色装置(100)を用いて、糸のチェーン(3)をインディゴで連続的に染色する染色方法であって、
窒素及び/又は脱酸素空気の流れを、前記第1の染色区画室(1)及び前記第2の定着/脱水区画室(2)の内側に不活性環境を得るのに充分な時間、前記第1の染色区画室(1)及び前記第2の定着/脱水区画室(2)に導入する工程(a)と、
染浴を収容している前記第1の染色区画室(1)内で糸(3)を浸漬させる工程(b)と、
糸(3)を前記染色区画室(1)の染浴の出口で絞る工程(c)と、
定着/脱水区画室(2)の中において、繊維中への染料の拡散及び定着を促進させるために糸(3)を直接加熱し、続きの工程において染料の吸収を促進させるために糸を脱水する工程(d)と、
糸(3)を染色装置(100)の外部で酸化させる工程(e)と、を有する染色方法。 - 請求項1〜19の何れか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの染色装置(100)を有する、染色プラント。
