Description
a) 0.1wt%〜25wt%の範囲の湿分(含水率)を有し、有機結合剤(有機バインダー)を含む、乾燥多孔性非吸着性コアを製造する工程;
b) 吸着性物質を含む多孔性層を適用する工程;および
c) 少なくとも1つの加熱工程であって、それによって有機結合物質が除去される工程。
・コア物質は、10〜50%、好ましくは20〜40%の範囲の多孔度を有する;
・コア物質は、透過性である;
・コア物質は、0.02〜0.3cm3/g、好ましくは0.05〜0.2cm3/gの範囲の細孔容積を有する;
・コア物質は、20〜400m2/g、好ましくは40〜200m2/g、特に40〜150m2/gのBET表面積を有する;
・コアは、1.6未満、好ましくは1.4未満、より好ましくは1.1未満の、粒度分布比D90/D50を有する;
・コア物質は、1〜450W/mKの範囲の熱伝導率を有する;
・0.5〜0.98の範囲、好ましくは0.6〜0.8の範囲の、(コア直径)/(複合吸着剤ビーズの直径)の比率;
・コアは、0.7〜1の真球度を有する;
・吸着剤ビーズは、560〜2000kg/m3の範囲の嵩密度を有する;
・吸着剤ビーズは、1〜7N/mm2の範囲の比破砕強度を有する;
・吸着剤ビーズは、0.1〜5mm、好ましくは0.25〜3mmの直径を有する;
・吸着剤ビーズは、40%より高い総合多孔度を有する;
・吸着剤ビーズは、0.7〜1の真球度を有する;
・吸着剤ビーズは、1.6未満、好ましくは1.4未満、より好ましくは1.1未満の粒度分布比D90/D50を有する;
・吸着剤ビーズは、350〜800m2/gの範囲、好ましくは600〜800m2/gの範囲の比表面積を有する;
・少なくとも1つのコアは、50〜100wt%の凝集クレー粒子(好ましくは、カオリン、アタパルジャイトおよびベントナイトから成る群から選択される)、および任意に、0〜50wt%の黒鉛または金属(好ましくは、Mg、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Al、Sn、Zn、Al、Sn、Pbおよびその合金から成る群から選択される)を含む;
・0.01〜5μmの直径を有する粒子から形成されたコア;
・少なくとも1つの吸着性物質は、ゼオライト、好ましくはZSM、チャバザイト、X、YまたはA型ゼオライト、より好ましくは低シリカXから成る群から選択される;
・少なくとも1つの層は、2〜20wt%の少なくとも1つの無機結合物質(好ましくは、シリカ、クレー、酸化アルミニウム、アルミノリン酸塩、ポリシロキサンまたはそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される)を含む。
9mLのビーズを、内径8mmのステンレス鋼管に入れる;
該管を炉に入れ、50ppmV未満のCO2および10ppmV未満のH2Oを含有する空気流を390mL/分で管に通す;
炉内の温度を、周囲温度から500℃に1℃/分の速度で上昇させ、500℃で4時間維持する。
Claims (17)
- ガス混合物から少なくとも1つのガス成分を分離するための複合吸着剤ビーズであって、
多孔性および非吸着性コア、ならびに、コア表面上の、多孔性吸着性物質を含有する少なくとも1つの層を含む多孔性および吸着性シェルを有し、
前記コアが、0.01〜5μmの範囲の直径を有するクレー粒子の凝集物を50〜100wt%、および、黒鉛または金属を0〜50wt%含むこと、
前記コア物質が10〜50%の範囲の多孔度を有すること、
を特徴とする、複合吸着剤ビーズ。 - コア物質が、20〜40%の範囲の多孔度、および/または、0.02〜0.3cm3/gの範囲の細孔容積を有する、請求項1に記載の複合吸着剤ビーズ。
- コアが、前記層を形成する周囲凝集吸着剤粒子の平均粒度と同じかまたはそれより小さい平均粒度を有するクレー粒子の凝集物を含む、請求項1に記載の複合吸着剤ビーズ。
- コアが、1.6未満の粒度分布比D90/D50、および0.7〜1の真球度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の複合吸着剤ビーズ。
- コアが、下記の特徴の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の複合吸着剤ビーズ:
・1〜450W/mKの範囲の熱伝導率;
・0.7〜1の真球度;
・20〜400m2/gのBET表面積;
・1.6未満の粒度分布比D90/D50;
・20〜40%の範囲の多孔度;および/または
・0.02〜0.3cm3/gの範囲の細孔容積。 - 下記の特徴の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の複合吸着剤ビーズ:
・560〜2000kg/m 3 の範囲の嵩密度;
・1〜7N/mm2の範囲の比破砕強度;
・0.1〜5mmの直径;
・0.5〜0.98の範囲の、(コア直径)/(複合吸着剤ビーズの直径)の比率;
・40%より高い総合多孔度;
・0.7〜1の真球度;
・1.6未満の粒度分布比D90/D50;
・350〜800m2g−1の範囲の比表面積;および/または
・吸着性層における、2〜20wt%の、少なくとも1つの無機結合物質。 - 少なくとも1つの吸着性物質が、ゼオライトから選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の複合吸着剤ビーズ。
- 少なくとも1つの層が、2〜20wt%の少なくとも1つの無機結合物質を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の複合吸着剤ビーズ。
- コアおよびシェル物質が共に焼成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の複合吸着剤ビーズ。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の複合吸着剤ビーズの製造法であって、下記の工程を含む方法:
a) 0.1wt%〜25wt%の範囲の湿分を有し、0.01〜5μmの範囲の直径を有するクレー粒子および有機結合剤を含む、乾燥多孔性非吸着性コアを製造する工程;
b) 吸着性物質を含む層を適用する工程;および
c) 少なくとも1つの加熱工程であって、それによって有機結合物質が除去される工程。 - クレーと吸着性物質が、ヒドロキシル基を有し、工程b)における層が、さらに、有機結合剤および2〜20wt%の無機結合剤を含み、加熱によりコアおよび層を共に焼成する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- クレーが、カオリン、アタパルジャイトおよびベントナイトから成る群から選択され;吸着性物質が、ゼオライトから選択され;無機結合剤が、シリカおよびクレーから成る群から選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 複合吸着剤ビーズの製造用の中間製品として使用される、乾燥多孔性および非吸着性コアであって、当該コアが、0.01μm〜5μmの範囲の直径を有するクレー粒子の凝集物を50〜100wt%、および、黒鉛または金属を0〜50wt%含むこと、および、コア物質が10〜50%の範囲の多孔度を有することを特徴とする、コア。
- ガス混合物から少なくとも1つのガス成分を分離するガス分離法であって、下記の工程を含む方法:
請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の複合吸着剤ビーズの床を含む吸着容器に、少なくとも2つのガス成分を含むガス混合物を供給する工程;および、
該ガス混合物から分離すべき少なくとも1つのガス成分の吸着を可能にする条件に、該ガス混合物を暴露する工程。 - 層状吸着床における、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の複合吸着剤ビーズの使用。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の複合吸着剤ビーズを含む吸着床を有する吸着容器。
- 吸着床が、吸着容器の出口端における複合吸着剤ビーズ、および/または該容器の入口端における均質吸着剤ビーズを含む、請求項16に記載の吸着容器。
