Description
表面が平らであるか、又は周期的に配列した凸部と凹部が表面に設けられた発光ガラスを製造する工程と、
前記発光ガラスの表面に、周期的マイクロ/ナノ構造を有する金属層を形成して前記発光素子を得る工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする。
上記製造方法により発光素子を得る工程と、
金属層に対して陰極線を放出し、陰極線の励起により、金属層と発光ガラスとの間に表面プラズモンを形成して発光ガラスを発光させる工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする。
以下、図面及び実施例に基づいて、更に本発明を具体的に説明する。
S01:化学成分が希土類イオンをドーピングした珪酸塩であり、かつ表面が平らであるか又は表面に凸部と凹部を周期的に配列して設置した発光ガラス13を製造する工程と、
S02:発光ガラス13の表面に、周期的マイクロ/ナノ構造を有する金属層14を形成して発光素子10を得る工程と、
を含む。
S11:前記製造方法により発光素子10を得る工程と、
S12:金属層14に対して陰極線16を放出し、一部の陰極線が金属層14を透過して発光ガラス13を励起して発光させると同時に、金属層14と発光ガラス13との間に表面プラズモンを形成して発光ガラス13の発光が強化させる工程と、
を含む。
Claims (11)
- 陰極線により発光する発光素子であって、
発光ガラスと、当該発光ガラスの表面に形成された金属層のみを含み、
前記金属層は、周期的マイクロ/ナノ構造を有し、
且つ前記発光ガラスの化学成分は、希土類イオンがドーピングされた珪酸塩であることを特徴とする、発光素子。 - 前記の周期的マイクロ/ナノ構造が、周期的に配列した突起を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光素子。
- 前記周期的に配列した周期Pが50nm〜3000nmであり、前記突起の幅又は/及び隣の2つの突起の間の間隔が0.05P〜0.95Pであり、前記突起の高さが0.5nm〜200nmであり、隣の2つの突起の間の底部の金属層厚さが0nm〜100nmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発光素子。
- 前記の周期的マイクロ/ナノ構造が、周期的に配列した金属格子又は周期的に配列した孔を有する金属層薄膜であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光素子。
- 前記周期的に配列した周期Pが50nm〜3000nmであり、前記の金属層薄膜の厚さが0より大きく100nm未満であり、前記孔の直径が0.05P〜0.95Pであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の発光素子。
- 前記発光ガラスの表面に周期的に配列した凹部及び凸部をを有し、前記凹部及び/又は凸部の面上に金属膜層が被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光素子。
- 前記周期的に配列した周期Pが50nm〜3000nmであり、前記凸部及び/又は凹部の面上の金属膜層の厚さが0nm〜100nmであり、前記発光ガラスの表面上の凸部又は/及び凹部の幅が0.05P〜0.95Pであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の発光素子。
- 前記金属層の金属が、金、銀、アルミニウム、銅、チタン、鉄、ニッケル、コバルト、クロム、プラチナ、パラジウム、マグネシウム、亜鉛から選ばれた少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光素子。
- 表面が平らであるか又は表面に周期的に配列した凸部と凹部が設けられている発光ガラスを製造する工程と、
前記発光ガラスの表面に、周期的マイクロ/ナノ構造を有する金属層を形成して、前記発光素子を得る工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、発光素子の製造方法。 - スパッタリング法、または蒸着法により、前記金属層を前記発光ガラスの表面に形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の発光素子の製造方法。
- 請求項9又は請求項10に記載の発光素子の製造方法により発光素子を得る工程と、
金属層に対し陰極線を放出し、該陰極線の励起により、電子ビームはまず金属層を透過し、さらに、発光ガラスを励起して発光させ、発光ガラスから発射した光により、金属層と発光ガラスとの間に表面プラズモン効果を形成し、当該効果により発光ガラスの内部量子効率を大幅に向上させる工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする発光素子の発光方法。
