Description
本発明の用具一式は、図9に示されたような、ECGモニタ30及び携帯電話端末50を再充電するための充電ドック90も備える。図9は、本発明の図示された実施形態の充電ドックを示す。充電ドックは、図10に示されたような、兆番付きのカバー102を有しモニタ30を充電する基本ユニット100、及びプラグ94を有し端末50を充電するケーブル92を有する。AC電源コードは、これらの図には示されない。モニタ30は、図10に示されるような基本ユニット100の内部に形状の適合する空間内に電気接点36を下側に向けて配置される。空間は、LED104がモニタのノッチ34内に位置付けられたとき、モニタが該空間に適合するように調節(keyed)される。図に示されるように蓋102を開けると、モニタはモニタの下にある弾性充電接点の上に容易に載っている。他の実施例では、接点はバネ仕掛けのピンであってもよい。蓋102は充電を開始するために閉じられなければならない。充電は蓋が開いている状態では行われない。蓋が閉められると、蓋の内側はモニタを充電接点にしっかりと押し付ける。この係合は、接点の係合のインピーダンスを測定する充電ドックにより判定される。図10の矢印により示されるように蓋が閉められると、基本ユニット100内の回路及びソフトウェア・プログラムは初期化を開始され、LEDは橙色で点滅する。初期化の完了後、充電回路はモニタ30内部のリチウム・イオン・バッテリを充電し始め、LED104は安定した緑色光を発する。モニタが充電されているとき、モニタは自身のECGデータのアーカイブを携帯電話端末50へ無線で送信し始める。携帯電話端末は、分析、報告及び格納のために、ECGデータを監視センタへ直ちに中継する。アーカイブ・データの受信に成功したことが監視センタにより認められた後、モニタ内のECGデータは、モニタが患者に再び取り付けられたときに新たなECGデータを受信するためにメモリから消去又はクリアされる。
図22の画面は、図20のモニタの画面に類似しており、発送場所及び用具一式のシリアル番号により携帯電話端末を検索し一覧表示させることを可能にする。この画面は、携帯電話端末がユーザから戻されたときに、携帯電話端末の追跡も可能にする。
図28は、本発明のECGモニタから監視センタで受信された事象情報を受信及び分析するのに適したECGビューア画面を示す。本実施形態では、ECGビューア画面は、3つの主要な部分を有する。つまり、特定の手順又は調査に関する情報を示し及び患者から受信された通知を列挙する通知(Notification)ウインドウ282;事象のときに受信された情報を表示する事象(Events)ウインドウ284;及びモニタにより送信されチャネルを介して受信されたデータが詳細に分析されうるECG閲覧ウインドウ286である。図28では、通知及び事象ウインドウは展開されてなく、ECG閲覧ウインドウが展開されている。本実施形態では、ECGモニタ30は5個のデータ・チャネルを送信し、携帯電話端末は該端末で記録された音声チャネルを送信する。データ・チャネルは本例では3個のECG信号s1、s2及びs3、RLD信号(「rid」)並びに動きチャネル(「vp」)である。差分リード信号s1−s2、s2−s3及びs1−s3は、本例のECG信号から得られてもよい。RLD信号は、リード信号を更に処理し精緻化し、雑音状態を識別する。各細長い表示の左にある制御は、オペレータが拡大縮小及び細長い表示の他のパラメータを調整することを可能にする。本例の細長い表示では、有意な動き信号がs1−s2及びs1−s3チャネルのかなり大きなECG信号のときに生じていることが分かる。画面下部の音声制御288は、患者から送信された音声記録をECGビューアのオペレータにより再生可能にする。
Claims (17)
- 歩行可能な患者の無線心臓監視システムであって:
複数のECG信号が得られる位置で患者の皮膚に貼り付けるための粘着性表面を有し、複数の一体型電極を有する使い捨て電極パッチ;
ECG信号データを格納するメモリと、心臓事象の検出のために患者のECG信号に応答する不整脈検出器と、無線でECG信号データ及び心臓事象情報を送信し情報信号を受信する通信機とを有し、該電極パッチに取り付けられるよう適応され、前記複数の電極と電気的に通信する再利用可能なバッテリ式ECGモニタ;及び
携帯電話ネットワークを介して通信する携帯電話電子機器と、無線でECG信号データ及び前記心臓事象情報を前記ECGモニタから受信し監視センタから受信した前記ECGモニタへの情報信号を送信する通信機と、ECG信号データを格納するメモリと、前記ECGモニタからのECG信号データ及び前記心臓事象情報を前記携帯電話ネットワークを介して前記監視センタへ送信するよう前記携帯電話電子機器を自動的に制御する制御部と、を有する携帯電話端末;
を有する心臓監視システム。 - 前記電極パッチは、前記複数の電極に内部で電気的に結合された電気コネクタを更に有し、
前記電極パッチの周囲に延びる如何なる線も存在しない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記電極パッチは、前記ECGモニタを該パッチ上の所定の方向に保持するよう適応された取り付け具を更に有し、

前記外部接点は、前記電極パッチの前記電極接点を係合するように整列される、

ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記低電力モードは、前記ECGモニタのBluetooth通信機と前記携帯電話端末のBluetooth通信機との間の同期が短い間隔で維持される傍受モードを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 無線心臓監視システムであって:
複数の電気接点と、電極パッチの周囲に延びる線を有さずに該電気接点に電気的に結合される複数の電極と、患者の皮膚に接触する該電極と共にパッチを患者の皮膚に貼り付ける粘着剤とを有する使い捨て電極パッチ;
線を有さずに患者のECG信号の受信のために前記複数の電気接点で電気的係合により前記パッチに取り付けられるように適応され、ECG信号プロセッサと処理されたECG信号を送信する無線通信機と心臓事象の検出のために患者のECG信号に応答する不整脈検出器とを有する、再利用可能なバッテリ式ECGモニタ;及び
携帯電話ネットワークを介して通信する携帯電話電子機器と、処理されたECG信号及び心臓事象情報を前記ECGモニタの前記無線通信機から無線で受信する通信機とを有する携帯電話;
を有し、
前記携帯電話は、前記ECGモニタから受信した前記処理されたECG信号及び前記心臓事象情報を前記携帯電話ネットワークを介して監視センタへ送信する、
ことを特徴とする無線心臓監視システム。 - 前記ECGモニタは、処理されたECG信号を格納するよう結合されたメモリ装置を更に有し、
処理されたECG信号は、前記ECGモニタの無線通信機が前記携帯電話と通信していないときに、後で送信するために該メモリ装置に格納される、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の無線心臓監視システム。 - 前記携帯電話は、前記ECGモニタから受信した処理されたECG信号を格納するよう適応されたメモリ装置を更に有し、
