Description
最初に、本発明の第1実施形態について図1〜図7に基づいて説明する。本実施形態では、本発明に係る熱交換器を、エンジンおよび走行用電動モータから走行用駆動力を得る、いわゆるハイブリッド自動車の熱交換器に適用した場合を例として説明する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態の熱交換器について図8及び図9を参照して以下に説明する。ここで、図8は、第2実施形態の熱交換器のヘッダタンク5のコアプレート51の要部示す部分拡大斜視図であり、図9は、パッキン53及びチューブ2が取付けられた状態のコアプレート51の要部の部分拡大斜視図である。
前述したとおり、コア部の遮熱部43は1本以上の流体の流れないチューブ2を用いることが好適であるが、第1ラジエータ部41と第2ラジエータ部42との間の温度差が小さい場合等には遮熱部43を設けなくてもよい。その場合には、ヘッダタンク5は中間室503を備えず、第1タンク室501と第2タンク室502を仕切る1枚の仕切壁524、境界部シール面518a、及びパッキンの仕切シール部532が、第1ラジエータ部41と第2ラジエータ部42の互いに隣接するチューブ2の間に配設される。

Claims (5)
- 流体が流通する複数のチューブ(2)を有するコア部(4)と、前記チューブ(2)の端部側に位置して、前記複数のチューブ(2)と連通する一対のヘッダタンク(5)とを具備する熱交換器であって、
前記ヘッダタンク(5)は、前記チューブ(2)が接合されるコアプレート(51)と、タンク本体(52)と、前記タンク本体(52)に結合された少なくとも一つの仕切壁(524)と、前記コアプレート(51)及び前記タンク本体(52)及び前記仕切壁(524)とによって形成された少なくとも二つのタンク室(501、502)と、シール部材(53)と、を具備しており、
前記コアプレート(51)の内面は、前記タンク本体(52)の外周端部(521)との間で前記シール部材(53)を挟持するように前記コアプレート(51)の外周縁に沿って環状に延びる外周シール面(514a)と、チューブ挿入穴(517)が設けられて前記外周シール面(514a)の内周側に広がる一平面内で延びる少なくとも二つのチューブ接合面(511a)と、前記仕切壁(524)の端部との間で前記シール部材(53)を挟持するように前記少なくとも二つのチューブ接合面(511a)の間で延びる少なくとも一つの境界部シール面(518a)と、を有しており、
前記外周シール面(514a)が、互いに平行な二平面でそれぞれ延びる第1区域(514a1)及び第2区域(514a2)、並びに前記第1区域(514a1)と前記第2区域(514a2)とを接続する傾斜した移行区域(514a3)を有しており、
前記第1区域(514a1)がチューブ接合面(511a)と平行であるがチューブ接合面(511a)よりもヘッダタンク(5)の外側に位置する平面内で延びて、
前記境界部シール面(518a)が、前記第1区域(514a1)よりもヘッダタンク(5)の内側の平面であって前記チューブ接合面(511a)を超えない内側の平面で延びて、
前記第2区域(514a2)が前記境界部シール面(518a)と同一平面内で延びていることを特徴とする、熱交換器。 - 前記コアプレート(51)の前記境界部シール面(518a)が、前記チューブ接合面(511a)と同一平面内で延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記コア部(4)は、少なくとも二つの熱交換器部(41,42)を具備しており、
前記少なくとも二つのタンク室(501、502)が前記少なくとも二つの熱交換器部(41、42)に前記チューブ(2)を介してそれぞれ連通していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コア部(4)が、前記少なくとも二つの熱交換器部(41,42)の間に少なくとも一つの遮熱部(43)を具備し、
前記遮熱部(43)が流体の流れない少なくとも一本の前記チューブ(2)を具備することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コア部(4)が二つの熱交換器部(41、42)と一つの遮熱部(43)とを具備し、
前記ヘッダタンク(5)が、二つの前記仕切壁(524a、524b)と、前記二つのタンク室(501,502)の間に形成された中間室(503)とを具備し、
前記中間室(503)には、前記遮熱部(43)の前記チューブ(2)が接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
