Claims (11)
- 複数の熱交換チューブの両端にヘッダタンクが取り付けられた一体型熱交換器であって、
前記ヘッダタンクは、第1の熱交換媒体と第2の熱交換媒体が供給されるタンク(100)と、前記熱交換チューブに連結されるヘッダ(200)と、前記タンク(100)と前記ヘッダ(200)との間に挿入されるガスケット(300)とを備え、
前記タンク(100)の内部には、前記第1の熱交換媒体と前記第2の熱交換媒体を仕切るタンクバッフル(110)が設置され、
前記ガスケット(300)は、前記タンクバッフル(110)と接する部分にバッフルシール部(320)が形成され、
前記ヘッダ(200)は、前記バッフルシール部(320)と接する部分に支持面(230)が形成され、
前記支持面(230)には、前記ヘッダ(200)の外側に向かって高さが低くなる傾斜面(231)が形成され、
前記タンクバッフル(110)の厚さ方向の両側には、ねじれ防止突起(115)が形成されていることを特徴とする、一体型熱交換器。 - 複数の熱交換チューブの両端にヘッダタンクが取り付けられた一体型熱交換器であって、
前記ヘッダタンクは、第1の熱交換媒体と第2の熱交換媒体が供給されるタンク(100)と、前記熱交換チューブに連結されるヘッダ(200)と、前記タンク(100)と前記ヘッダ(200)との間に挿入されるガスケット(300)とを備え、
前記タンク(100)の内部には、前記第1の熱交換媒体と前記第2の熱交換媒体を仕切るタンクバッフル(110)が設置され、
前記ガスケット(300)は、前記タンクバッフル(110)と接する部分にバッフルシール部(320)が形成され、
前記ヘッダ(200)は、前記バッフルシール部(320)と接する部分に支持面(230)が形成され、
前記支持面(230)には、前記ヘッダ(200)の外側に向かって高さが低くなる傾斜面(231)が形成され、
前記ヘッダ(200)には、前記タンク(100)の端部が挿入される結合凹部(210)が形成され、
前記ガスケット(300)は、前記結合凹部(210)に挿入される閉鎖リング形状の周辺シール部(310)と前記バッフルシール部(320)で構成され、
前記バッフルシール部(320)は、前記ヘッダ(200)の前記支持面(230)に対応する形状に形成され、
前記タンク(100)は、組み立ての際、前記バッフルシール部(320)と対応する位置に圧縮率補正突起(113)が形成されることを特徴とする、一体型熱交換器。 - 複数の熱交換チューブの両端にヘッダタンクが取り付けられた一体型熱交換器であって、
前記ヘッダタンクは、第1の熱交換媒体と第2の熱交換媒体が供給されるタンク(100)と、前記熱交換チューブに連結されるヘッダ(200)と、前記タンク(100)と前記ヘッダ(200)との間に挿入されるガスケット(300)とを備え、
前記タンク(100)の内部には、前記第1の熱交換媒体と前記第2の熱交換媒体を仕切るタンクバッフル(110)が設置され、
前記ガスケット(300)は、前記タンクバッフル(110)と接する部分にバッフルシール部(320)が形成され、
前記ヘッダ(200)は、前記バッフルシール部(320)と接する部分に支持面(230)が形成され、
前記支持面(230)には、前記ヘッダ(200)の外側に向かって高さが低くなる傾斜面(231)が形成され、
前記ヘッダ(200)には、前記タンク(100)の端部が挿入される結合凹部(210)が形成され、
前記ガスケット(300)は、前記結合凹部(210)に挿入される閉鎖リング形状の周辺シール部(310)と前記バッフルシール部(320)で構成され、
前記バッフルシール部(320)は、前記ヘッダ(200)の前記支持面(230)に対応する形状に形成され、
前記タンク(100)は、前記周辺シール部(310)と前記バッフルシール部(320)の連結部位に対応する位置に圧縮率補正凹部(116)が形成されることを特徴とする、一体型熱交換器。 - 複数の熱交換チューブの両端にヘッダタンクが取り付けられた一体型熱交換器であって、
前記ヘッダタンクは、第1の熱交換媒体と第2の熱交換媒体が供給されるタンク(100)と、前記熱交換チューブに連結されるヘッダ(200)と、前記タンク(100)と前記ヘッダ(200)との間に挿入されるガスケット(300)とを備え、
前記タンク(100)の内部には、前記第1の熱交換媒体と前記第2の熱交換媒体を仕切るタンクバッフル(110)が設置され、
前記ガスケット(300)は、前記タンクバッフル(110)と接する部分にバッフルシール部(320)が形成され、
前記ヘッダ(200)は、前記バッフルシール部(320)と接する部分に支持面(230)が形成され、
前記支持面(230)には、前記ヘッダ(200)の外側に向かって高さが低くなる傾斜面(231)が形成され、
前記支持面(230)は、断面が台形に形成され、
前記バッフルシール部(320)は、前記支持面(230)に対応して台形断面を有することを特徴とする、一体型熱交換器。 - 前記支持面(230)は、前記ヘッダ(200)に形成されるチューブ挿入孔に連結された平面状の載置面(232)を有し、
前記傾斜面(231)は、前記載置面(232)から徐々に高さが低くなる形態に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の一体型熱交換器。 - 前記ガスケット(300)は、周辺シール部(310)の圧縮率が、前記バッフルシール部(320)の圧縮率よりも大きく形成されるか、または前記周辺シール部(310)の圧縮率と前記バッフルシール部(320)の圧縮率が同様に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の一体型熱交換器。
- 前記バッフルシール部(320)は、厚さが一定に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の一体型熱交換器。
- 前記タンクバッフル(110)は、複数のバッフル単位体(110A)と前記複数のバッフル単位体(110A)との間の分離空間(111)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の一体型熱交換器。
- 前記分離空間(111)には、熱交換媒体が供給されないダミーチューブが挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の一体型熱交換器。
- 前記ヘッダ(200)には、結合凹部(210)に挿入される前記タンク(100)の端部を圧迫固定する折り曲げ部材(240)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の一体型熱交換器。
- 前記タンク(100)には、前記バッフルシール部(320)と締結される離脱防止突起(114)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の一体型熱交換器。
