Claims (12)
- 複数の溶接層(I、II、III)によってへこみ(4)が塞がれる、構成要素(1、120、130、155)を溶接する方法において、
前記へこみ(4)が輪郭線(16)を有しており、
この輪郭線(16)が、前記へこみ(4)に対して前記構成要素(1、120、130、155)の外側の上面(13)の範囲を限定するものであり、
全ての前記溶接層(I、II、III)が、前記へこみ(4)の前記輪郭線(16)の外側の前記上面(13)にも達するように敷かれ、
最後の層が、高さ方向において前記上面(13)を完全に超えて出っ張るまで、前記へこみ(4)を塞ぐために複数の溶接層(I、II、III)が使用されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記輪郭線(16)の形状に相当するような形状の第1の溶接軌道(6)が敷かれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記輪郭線(16)に相当する形状の前記第1の溶接軌道(6)の内側に、第2の溶接軌道(7)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記へこみ(4)が、前記第1または第2の溶接軌道(6、7)の内部で蛇行式(10’、10’’、10’’’…)に塞がれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- レーザビルドアップ溶接が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶接軌道の第1の層(I)が前記へこみ(4)を完全に覆うことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 互いの上に載せられた前記個々の溶接層(I、II、III)の前記溶接軌道(10’、10’’、10’’’…)の主たる方向(25)が、0°〜90°より大幅に大きな角度で伸びており、具体的には互いに対して垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶接層(I、II、III)の前記溶接軌道(10’、10’’、10’’’…)が、蛇行式に敷かれることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 別の溶接層(II、III…)が、その直前の層(I、II…)を完全にまたは部分的に覆うことを特徴とする請求項1および6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記へこみ(4)が側面(28)を有しており、
この側面が、前記構成要素(1、120、130、155)の前記上面(13)に対して垂直に伸びていないことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜10のうちの一項に記載されるように形成される溶接シームを熱処理する方法であって、
この方法では、前記溶接シーム(28)は、熱処理の前に輪郭線が再形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1つまたは複数に記載される方法で製造されることを特徴とする構成要素。
