Claims (6)
- 取付ベースと該取付ベースの一側に形成されたナックル部をそれぞれ有する第1のヒンジ部材及び第2のヒンジ部材から成り、前記各ナックル部のピン孔にヒンジピンを挿通することにより、前記第1のヒンジ部材に対して前記第2のヒンジ部材を回動可能に連結して成るヒンジ装置において、
前記各取付ベースに形成されたネジ孔に挿通される取付用のネジを隠蔽するためのカバーを備え、
前記取付ベースは、他側に位置する側面に形成された凹部と、前記ヒンジピンの軸方向の両端部側に位置する側面にそれぞれ形成され、前記他側に位置する側面まで延在する溝と、各溝内にそれぞれ凹陥形成された被係合部とを有し、
前記カバーの内側には、前記各溝内にそれぞれ挿入され、前記カバーが前記ネジを隠蔽した状態で前記各被係合部にそれぞれ着脱可能に係合する係合部と、前記凹部内に進入して係合する突起が形成されていると共に、
前記ネジ孔は、前記取付ベースに形成された凹陥部内に形成されており、該凹陥部には補強リブが形成され、前記カバーは該補強リブも合わせて隠蔽することを特徴とするヒンジ装置。 - 前記突起とは反対側に位置する前記係合部の端部は傾斜面とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記カバーは、前記各溝内にそれぞれ進入して係合する突条を備え、前記係合部は前記突条より突出して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記凹部及び突起は複数形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちの何れかに記載のヒンジ装置。
- 取付ベースと該取付ベースの一側に形成されたナックル部をそれぞれ有する第1のヒンジ部材及び第2のヒンジ部材から成り、前記各ナックル部のピン孔にヒンジピンを挿通することにより、前記第1のヒンジ部材に対して前記第2のヒンジ部材を回動可能に連結して成るヒンジ装置において、
前記各取付ベースに形成されたネジ孔に挿通される取付用のネジを隠蔽するためのカバーを備え、
前記取付ベースは、前記ヒンジピンの軸方向の両端部側に位置する側面にそれぞれ形成され、他側に位置する側面まで延在する溝と、各溝内にそれぞれ凹陥形成された被係合部とを有し、
前記カバーの内側には、前記各溝内にそれぞれ挿入され、前記カバーが前記ネジを隠蔽した状態で前記各被係合部にそれぞれ着脱可能に係合する係合部が形成されていると共に、
前記ネジ孔は、前記取付ベースに形成された凹陥部内に形成されており、該凹陥部には補強リブが形成され、前記カバーは該補強リブも合わせて隠蔽することを特徴とするヒンジ装置。 - 断熱壁から構成され、内部に貯蔵室を有する本体と、該貯蔵室の開口を閉塞する断熱扉とを備え、請求項1乃至請求項5のうちの何れかに記載のヒンジ装置の前記第1のヒンジ部材を前記本体にネジ止めし、前記第2のヒンジ部材を前記断熱扉にネジ止めして、前記本体に前記断熱扉を開閉自在に枢支したことを特徴とする超低温フリーザ。
