Claims (6)
- 強化繊維に樹脂を含浸させてなるプリプレグを複数枚積層するプリプレグの積層構造であって、
前記プリプレグは、前記プリプレグの一方の面側に設けられ、前記プリプレグの厚さ方向に垂直な第1方向に前記強化繊維が引き揃えられた第1繊維層と、前記プリプレグの他方の面側に設けられ、前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に前記強化繊維が引き揃えられた第2繊維層とを有し、
前記複数枚のプリプレグは、互いに接合された状態で積層されており、
積層方向に隣り合うプリプレグの少なくとも一方の前記第1繊維層が接合されており、
前記積層方向に隣り合うプリプレグの接合部の少なくとも一部は、前記プリプレグ同士が互いに面方向にずれた状態で接合された継ぎ合わせ部を構成している、
ことを特徴とするプリプレグの積層構造。 - 前記積層方向に隣り合うプリプレグの前記第1繊維層同士が前記強化繊維の引き揃え方向を一致させた状態で接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプリプレグの積層構造。
- 前記プリプレグ同士の継ぎ合わせ部の両側には隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のプリプレグの積層構造。
- 前記積層方向に隣り合うプリプレグの接合部には、前記隙間の両側に位置する前記第1繊維層同士を繋ぐ補強材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のプリプレグの積層構造。
- 前記補強材は、前記第1繊維層と当該第1繊維層と積層方向に隣り合う層との間に介在されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のプリプレグの積層構造。
- 前記補強材は、前記第1繊維層と積層方向に隣り合うと共に当該第1繊維層とは異なる方向に前記強化繊維が引き揃えられた層の一部分を置き換えて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のプリプレグの積層構造。
