Abstract

 本発明は、より簡易な構成でプリプレグ同士の接合強度を向上させることができるプリプレグの積層構造を提供することを目的とする。プリプレグ積層構造体10は、プリプレグ2A,2Bを積層した構造をなしている。プリプレグ2Aの一面側には、引っ張り荷重が作用する荷重方向(0°方向とする)に強化繊維が引き揃えられた0°繊維層3が設けられ、プリプレグ2の他面側には、荷重方向に垂直な方向(90°方向とする)に強化繊維が引き揃えられた90°繊維層4が設けられている。プリプレグ積層構造体10は、プリプレグ2A,2Bを互いに面方向(荷重方向)にずらした状態でプリプレグ2A,2Bの各0°繊維層3同士が接合されるように、プリプレグ2A,2Bを積層した2層継ぎ合わせ構造をなしている。
