Claims (9)
- 双ロール式薄板鋳造工程により製造され、重量%で、C:0.1〜1.5%、Cr:12〜15%、Ni:1%以下、及びTi:0.005〜0.1%を含有し、残部がFe及びその他不可避的不純物からなり、粒界に析出した1次クロム化合物が分節及び微細化されている、耐クラック性に優れたマルテンサイト系ステンレス熱延鋼板。
- 前記マルテンサイト系ステンレス熱延鋼板は、重量%で、Mo:0.005〜0.1%及びV:0.005〜1.0%を単独或いは組み合わせてさらに添加してなる、請求項1に記載の耐クラック性に優れたマルテンサイト系ステンレス熱延鋼板。
- 前記1次クロム炭化物は0.5μm以下の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の耐クラック性に優れたマルテンサイト系ステンレス熱延鋼板。
- 前記マルテンサイト系ステンレス熱延鋼板は中心気孔が除去された、請求項1に記載の耐クラック性に優れたマルテンサイト系ステンレス熱延鋼板。
- 前記マルテンサイト系ステンレス熱延鋼板の断面組織における等軸晶率は5〜30%である、請求項1に記載の耐クラック性に優れたマルテンサイト系ステンレス熱延鋼板。
- 双ロール式薄板鋳造工程において、重量%で、C:0.1〜1.5%、Cr:12〜15%、Ni:1%以下、Ti:0.005〜0.1%を含有し、残部がFe及びその他不可避的不純物からなる溶鋼を注入して薄板を鋳造する段階と、
前記薄板をインライン圧延機によって5〜50%の圧延率で圧延して熱延鋼板を製造する段階と、
前記熱延鋼板を還元性ガス雰囲気中で650〜950℃の温度でバッチ焼鈍処理した後、冷間圧延を行う段階とを含み、
前記冷間圧延は数回繰り返し行い、前記冷間圧延の間に中間焼鈍を施す、高硬度マルテンサイト系ステンレス冷延鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記溶鋼に、重量%で、Mo:0.005〜0.1%及びV:0.005〜1.0%を単独或いは組み合わせてさらに添加する、請求項6に記載の高硬度マルテンサイト系ステンレス冷延鋼板の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のマルテンサイト系ステンレス熱延鋼板を用いて製造された高硬度マルテンサイト系ステンレス冷延鋼板。
- 請求項6又は7記載の高硬度マルテンサイト系ステンレス冷延鋼板の製造方法により製造された高硬度マルテンサイト系ステンレス冷延鋼板。
