Description
水平面に対する角度を絶えず変えるチェーンソー用の内燃機関などの、特に特殊小型エンジンに対する要求の高まりと、動力をフレキシブルに適合させる要望から、ガソリンエンジンにおける混合気の生成について早急に、また柔軟に検討する必要がある。バイク用のエンジンの場合には、気化器をフレキシブルに適合させることによって、例えば汚染物質の生成を低減する目的がある。

Claims (12)
- 燃料ライン(2)から燃料を吸引するベンチュリ(4)を有するガソリンエンジン用の電動気化器(1)であって、前記燃料ライン(2)は、前記ベンチュリ(4)に端部を成し、燃料チャンバと接続して前記燃料チャンバと前記ベンチュリ(4)内のオリフィス(5)との間に延び、前記電動気化器(1)は、前記ベンチュリ(4)内の負圧によって前記燃料チャンバから吸引することができる燃料の量を調整する燃料噴射部(3)を備え、前記燃料噴射部(3)と直列に接続された少なくとも2つのテスラダイオード(6、7)が設けられており、前記少なくとも2つのテスラダイオード(6、7)の間にポンピング部(9)を有するポンプ室(8)が配置されている、電動気化器(1)。
- 前記燃料噴射部(3)から前記ベンチュリ(4)までの経路における前記テスラダイオード(6、7)が逆方向に導入されており、それによって、前記テスラダイオード(6、7)、前記ポンプ室(8)、および前記ポンピング部(9)を有する制御部(30)がスロットル部の機能を有する、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 前記ポンピング部(9)は、ダイアフラム素子である、請求項1または2に記載の気化器。
- 前記ポンピング部(9)は、ポンピングピストンを有する、請求項1または2に記載の気化器。
- 前記ポンピング部(9)は、電圧変調方式で作動する、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 前記ポンピング部(9)は、パルス幅変調方式で作動する、請求項5に記載の気化器。
- 前記ポンピング部(9)は、より好ましくは排気ガスのラムダ値などの測定値に基づいて調節される、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 燃料としてのガソリンを有する前記テスラダイオード(6、7)は、1.1と3の間、より好ましくは1.3と2の間のダイオード性を有する、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 前記テスラダイオード(6、7)のレイノルズ数は、臨界レイノルズ数である2,300を明らかに下まわる、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 前記テスラダイオード(6、7)および前記ポンプ室(8)は、2枚のプレート(22、24)の少なくとも一方に導入されており、他方のプレート(24、22)は、ふたとして働く、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 前記テスラダイオード(6、7)および前記ポンプ室(8)は、例えばスパークエロージョン、レーザー処理、フライス加工、エッチング、より好ましくはマイクロスタンピングの金型を用いるプレス加工などの表面加工によって導入されている、請求項10に記載の気化器。
- スロットル部としての少なくとも1つの第1の制御部(30)と、高濃度化部としての少なくとも1つのさらなる制御部(30)とを備える、請求項1に記載の気化器。
